Which Coach Will Win Season 29 of ‘The Voice’?

It’s crazy to believe, but “The Voice” is back for season 29. “The Voice” 2026 premiere kicks off tonight, February 23, at 9 p.m. ET on NBC. This season, for the first time, there will only be three coaches: Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and Adam Levine. They will be battling it out to have the winner of “The Voice” season 29 choose them as a coach. Which coach will win season 29 of “The Voice”? Check outour predictions below in our “The Voice” spoilers.

Who Will Win Season 29?

This is an interesting one, as we clearly have a “Battle of Champions” for this new season. Kelly has won four times, Adam has won three times, and John has won once.

With only three coaches, that puts an even bigger twist on things. Things won’t be normal this season, but in the end, one of the coaches will have to win with the artist on their team.

To be honest, is it really a competition? I mean, Kelly Clarkson is back, so that’s pretty much a sure-fire win for her.

Sure, it’s not guaranteed, but I think the chances are high that she wins this season. She is competitive and will be bringing the big guns to win this special season, and I think she’ll do it.

Everything To Know About ‘The Voice’ Season 29

With a new season and a new format, we have some changes to touch on. “The Voice” season 29 will feature four rounds of competition. Here is a breakdown of those rounds, which each feature a first for the show:

  • Blinds: “Triple Turn Competition” has the coaches trying to win the most three-chair turns during the Blind Auditions. The coach who does gets a special advantage in the next round.
  • Battles: The “Triple Turn Competition” winner gets a “Super Steal” for the Battle Rounds. This can be used one time and trumps any other coach’s attempt to steal.
  • Knockouts: An “In-Season All-Star Competition” will be taking place this round. Each coach will bring back two fan-favorite artists from their teams in previous seasons. These all-stars will battle it out in head-to-head sing-offs. Original “The Voice” coach CeeLo Green will return for this special episode, and he will determine the winner of each All-Star Showdown.
  • Semifinal & Finale Week: The semifinals will consist of a Top 9, with each coach having three artists perform. Then we will have a Top 4 Finale, so one artist from each team. However, the coach who gets the most wins in the “In-Season All-Star Competition” will be able to choose a second artist to represent them for the Voice Finale.
  • New Voting Block: For the semifinals and Voice Finale, there will be a voting block consisting of super fans and past artists from “The Voice.” They will be watching the show live in-studio, and then get a chance to vote for their favorites in real time.
