See What Reba McEntire Took From ‘The Voice’ Set to Display at Her Restaurant

Reba McEntire has built an empire that stretches far beyond country music — and now, fans dining at her Oklahoma restaurant can get up close to a piece of her television success, too.

The country icon and former “The Voice” coach has quietly turned her restaurant, Reba’s Place, into something of a museum dedicated to her decades-long career.

Fans Can Get Their Pic in the Chair

And one standout item is instantly recognizable to fans of the hit singing competition.

Tucked inside the restaurant is McEntire’s actual coach chair from “The Voice.”

Yes — the oversized red chair she sat in while mentoring hopeful singers has found a permanent home inside Reba’s Place, the three-story restaurant she opened in downtown Atoka, Oklahoma, in partnership with the Choctaw Nation in 2022.

The chair sits near a collection of some of McEntire’s most iconic stage outfits and costumes, giving fans a chance to step directly into a piece of her television legacy.

Guests can even sit in the chair themselves and channel their inner Reba, making it one of the restaurant’s biggest attractions.

The fun doesn’t stop there.

During the holiday season, even Santa Claus has reportedly posed for photos in the famous seat, turning it into an unexpectedly festive photo opportunity.

For McEntire, Reba’s Place has always been about more than food.

McEntire Opened the Resturant in Her Hometown

When the restaurant first opened, she explained that it was designed to bring people together while also honoring the community where she grew up.

“Music and the fans helped build this place and get it all together. And that’s what a restaurant is all about, where people can come in, visit and eat,” McEntire previously shared.

“Reba’s Place is a joint venture with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, and they are the best partner,” she continued. “It’s exciting to work with people who have a passion for this town and for creating jobs, tourism, and new opportunities in southeastern Oklahoma, in the community where I grew up.”

The restaurant has become a major attraction for fans, especially after McEntire returned to her hometown in April for a special one-night performance at the venue.

Called One Night in Atoka, the intimate concert became one of the hottest tickets around. More than 38,000 fans reportedly entered an online sweepstakes hoping to snag one of just 75 ticket pairs for the performance.

“It has been huge, and it’s been a lot of fun,” McEntire told PEOPLE of the response. “It’s a lot better than just selling tickets. I want everyone to have a great time, to get the community together to fellowship and just enjoy themselves.”

The idea for the performance came together unexpectedly after McEntire’s fiancé and “Happy’s Place” co-star, Rex Linn, was booked to emcee an awards event in Oklahoma City.

“We had this idea of doing a little impromptu show, and it just kind of went from there,” she explained.

Since opening its doors, Reba’s Place has transformed downtown Atoka into a destination spot for fans traveling to experience a little slice of Reba history.

Still, McEntire admits owning a restaurant hasn’t exactly been easy.

“It takes a lot of hard work and a lot of heart, a lot of want to,” she said. “There’s a lot of ups and downs and hard work.”
