Following news of Chuck Norrisโ death, the critically dubbed โKing of Horrorโ author Stephen King, 78, paid his respects to the late icon by tweeting some of his favorite Chuck Norris jokes.
King took to his X within minutes of the official announcement of Norrisโ death, who passed away on Thursday, March 19, TMZ reported.
The โDreamcatcherโ novelist penned three tweets in honor of Norris, whose iron-clad persona led fans to think of some pretty legendary jokes over the years about the martial artist’s unbeatable strength.

Chuck Norris Passes Away at 86
Norris was 86 years old when he died. At the time of his passing, the โWalker, Texas Rangerโ star was in Hawaii. There, the actor was hospitalized before dying within a matter of days, TMZ reported.
His family shared a statement on his Instagram, where they explained how the death of the โDelta Forceโ actor, who is remembered through his โdiscipline and kindness,โ was sudden. โIt is with heavy hearts that our family shares the sudden passing of our beloved Chuck Norris yesterday morning. While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace,โ Norrisโ family shared.
