“Big Brother 28” could be heading toward one of its biggest shakeups yet.
On the Sept. 2 episode of “Rob Has a Podcast,” host Taran Armstrong and guest Mike Bloom broke down day 57 of the live feeds, as Barrett began pushing a plan to vote out Rick Devens.
Drew currently holds the Head of Household power. After Josh won the Power of Veto and removed himself from the block, Drew named Devens as the replacement nominee.
Devens had volunteered to go up as a pawn, but according to Armstrong and Bloom, the house has increasingly begun viewing him as the real target.
Barrett Pushes Forward With a Major ‘Big Brother 28’ Vote Flip
Barrett appears ready to take a more active role in shaping the game.
According to the Sept. 2 RHAP live feed update, Barrett plans to vote against Devens alongside Josh, Melody and whichever houseguest remains between LaTrice and Taylor following the Blockbuster competition.
The decision represents a major shift for Barrett, who has spent much of the season balancing relationships with several sides of the house.
Armstrong and Bloom discussed Barrett’s concern that playing too passively could hurt his chances of making a convincing case at the end of the game.
By moving against Devens, Barrett would put his own position at risk but could also gain credit for helping change the direction of the season.

Barrett may not be the only player thinking about making a change.
According to Armstrong and Bloom, Dee and Angela have also discussed voting Devens out despite previously working closely with him.
The pair reportedly became increasingly suspicious of where Devens stood in the game and considered ways to participate in the blindside without immediately exposing their involvement.
One possibility they discussed involved allowing Barrett to take much of the blame for the move.
Their exact plan remained unsettled during the live feed update, but their conversations show how quickly the house’s alliances have begun to shift.

Drew and Melody’s Relationship Could Shape the ‘BB28’ Endgame
While the eviction plan develops, Drew and Melody are also becoming increasingly close.
Armstrong and Bloom noted that the pair spent more time bonding late at night, adding another layer to Drew’s already complicated position in the house.
If Melody begins winning competitions, their relationship could potentially develop into an influential endgame partnership.
At the same time, jury management has become an increasingly important topic among the remaining players.
Houseguests have discussed how jurors may evaluate an Icon sitting in the final two and which strategic moves could earn respect once the season reaches its closing stages.
The Blockbuster twist has also created an unusual milestone. According to the podcast, all 17 houseguests have now spent time on the block at some point this season.
With Barrett preparing to make a bold move, Dee and Angela considering their options and Drew potentially unaware of how much the vote has shifted, “Big Brother 28” enters its next eviction with the house’s power structure far from settled.
