Katherine Woodman is leaning into a new chapter. The “Big Brother” Season 27 alum appeared to confirm she is single this week through a playful TikTok video filmed in New York with castmate Lauren Domingue. It signaled a fresh start months after her post-show relationship seemingly ended.
In the clip, the pair lip-sync a “Sex and the City” exchange about being single while walking through the city. Woodman told viewers to “expect the unexpected” in the caption.
The on-screen words read, “what life sounds like when you and bestie are single in New York.” Fans quickly interpreted it as a lighthearted nod to moving forward.
What Reports Say About the Couple’s Split
Speculation about Woodman’s relationship with fellow “Big Brother” houseguest Rylie Jeffries began circulating after the two stopped posting together on social media. Woodman’s last Instagram post with Jeffries was in December 2025, where the pair took a trip to Disneyland in Orlando, Florida.
The TikTok “appeared to confirm her split” from Jeffries after roughly six months together, according to Reality TV World.
Additional reporting from The U.S. Sun cited a source who said Woodman initiated the breakup.
“Katherine is the one who ended it and broke up with Rylie,” the insider told the outlet. “She did it for a few reasons. He had too much going on with his personal life and she needed to break away from that.”
The source added that their “lifestyles weren’t compatible,” noting Woodman preferred city living while Jeffries gravitated toward a more rural lifestyle.
Neither has released a formal public statement.
The Bigger Picture for ‘Big Brother’ Romances
Still, one breakup does not define the CBS reality show’s track record. Although Woodman and Jeffries never reached marriage territory, they would have been in good company if they had. Over 27 seasons, six “Big Brother” couples are currently married.
Recent examples include Nicole Franzel and Victor Arroyo, who are expecting twins, as well as Jessica Graf and Cody Nickson, who recently welcomed their fifth daughter. Even Rachel Reilly and Brendon Villegas turned their showmance into a family and are now raising two children. More recently, JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes have continued dating publicly since 2025.
Host Julie Chen Moonves often notes that the show has produced more marriages than “The Bachelor,” though “The Bachelorette” and “Bachelor in Paradise” have also seen success stories.
For Woodman, her latest social media posts suggest something simpler. She is choosing to spend time with friends and loved ones, is embracing city life, and is moving forward with momentum. If her TikTok caption is any indication, she is not looking back. She is focused on what comes next.
