“Big Brother” stars Nicole Franzel and Victor Arroyo have announced they’re pregnant with twins, according to People. In August, the couple announced Franzel was pregnant with their second child. As it turns out, she’s actually pregnant with their second and third children.

CBSFranzel and Arroyo originally met on “Big Brother” season 18. Franzel had previously appeared on “Big Brother” season 16, but fared much better on her second go at the reality competition show. She came in 7th place on her first season, but won the whole show her second time around.
Although Franzel and Arroyo competed on the same season of the CBS show, they didn’t begin their relationship until well after filming had ended. Franzel actually developed a showmance with a different “Big Brother” cast member while competing. She and Corey Brooks broke off their relationship soon after exiting the “Big Brother” house.
Franzel and Arroyo finally got together almost a year after meeting, during the premiere of “Big Brother” season 19, according to ET. They got engaged in the “Big Brother” house a year later, during season 20. In January 2021, Franzel announced she was pregnant with the couple’s first child, and they officially tied the knot in May of that year. Their son is named after Arroyo, but has the nickname Arrow.
Now, after trying for three years, the “Big Brother” power-couple is finally pregnant again. While they were shocked to find out they would be having twins, Arroyo and Franzel both expressed excitement. “We’ve been trying to conceive for some time now, so this felt like a long-awaited gift,” Arroyo told People.
The duo doesn’t yet know the sex of the babies, but Franzel is predicting a boy and a girl, particularly due to the low chance of the twins being identical. According to the “Big Brother” winner, “the twins have different sacs and different placentas, so the probability of them being identical is only about 1%.”

Arroyo and Franzel began their married lives in Michigan, where they remain to this day. They competed on “The Amazing Race” season 31, where they came in fourth place. Franzel alone competed on “Big Brother Reindeer Games,” a “Big Brother” spin-off which she won.
Franzel has even appeared on “Big Brother” season 27 during the new after-show, “Big Brother” unlocked. From her home in Michigan, Franzel hosts a segment called “Whine or Wine,” where she drinks the alcoholic grape beverage while explaining her opinions on the current houseguests.
