“Big Brother” alums Morgan Pope and Cory Wurtenberger are taking a closer look at the BB28 house as the season reaches another potentially game-changing moment.
Morgan, who competed on “Big Brother 27,” and Cory, who appeared on “Big Brother 25,” reunited for Episode 15 of the “Gamebots” podcast to rank the remaining players and discuss the state of the game. The pair also looked ahead to a heavily teased twist that could shake up the house.
At the beginning of the episode, Morgan and Cory acknowledged their uncertainty about what the twist could bring. They discussed possibilities ranging from a Survivor-inspired format to another version of a split house, while noting that “Big Brother” has promoted the upcoming change as something viewers have not seen before.

Much of the episode centered on Morgan and Cory’s player rankings, with the former houseguests weighing positioning against each contestant’s overall ability to win.
Lala earned her highest placement of the season at No. 5 on Cory’s list. He pointed to her growing competition résumé as an important advantage, particularly after she secured the Power of Veto and guaranteed her safety for the week. He also argued that Lala could potentially make a deeper run because other houseguests may underestimate her as a competitive threat.
Morgan similarly praised Lala’s ability to improve her position. She noted that Lala has strengthened her connections while continuing to win competitions without significantly increasing her perceived threat level. Morgan also identified Lala’s relationships with Yash and Taylor as important pieces of her path forward.
Taylor inspired another interesting debate. Morgan ranked her fifth and praised her willingness to continue strategizing despite facing a difficult social position in the house. She highlighted Taylor’s ability to present evidence during game conversations and actively work to change her circumstances rather than giving up. Cory agreed that Taylor entered a challenging situation, although he remained more skeptical about her path to the end.

Yash landed at No. 3 in Cory’s rankings, putting him firmly among the strongest remaining players.
Cory praised Yash’s recent gameplay and viewed him as the best-positioned player among those outside the house’s dominant structure. His biggest obstacle, however, remains the bribe agreement limiting whom he can nominate if he wins Head of Household.
Angela also landed near the top, coming in at No. 4. Cory described her as well insulated because she appears less threatening than the other Icons while still maintaining a realistic chance of winning. Her renewed connection with Haley could also give her another valuable relationship as the numbers continue shrinking.
Dee remained another major contender, although Cory identified jury management as a possible weakness. He argued that reaching the final two could still give her a compelling case based on the game she played, but her relationships with future jurors could become increasingly important as the season progresses.
With fewer players remaining and a mysterious twist approaching, Morgan and Cory’s rankings showed just how quickly fortunes can change in the “Big Brother 28” house.
