A casual CVS run turned into an exciting moment for a former “Big Brother” houseguest.
Season 18’s Natalie Negrotti shared a video on Instagram earlier this month after unexpectedly spotting herself featured in a store advertisement while shopping at a CVS in Massachusetts.
“I can now add I’m the shortest model in the entire world at 4-foot-11 because I’m casually shopping at CVS in Massachusetts and there I am,” Negrotti captioned her Instagram video.
The former “The Amazing Race” and “The Challenge” contestant continued reacting in real time as she approached the display.
“Like this is crazy! Look at me go! That’s awesome,” she said. “Literally I’m just in a random CVS. … Here I am. Heck yeah.”

CBSIn the Instagram video, Negrotti is seen walking into the store in a gray jacket and leggings, her hair pulled back in a bun, before turning the camera toward an in-store poster featuring herself.
The advertisement promotes Palmer’s Moisture Drenching Tahitian Vanilla Cream and is displayed prominently near the skincare section at the front of the store.
The clip was posted on April 1, with Negrotti noting the location was in Bellingham, Massachusetts.
In her caption, she reflected on the moment and her path to landing the campaign.
“I’m officially a model!!!! If you go to cvs and see me please tag me!” she wrote. “LOL I remember I wanted to be repped by a modeling agency but they said they didn’t need a petite model. Well jokes on them cuz I got myself this gig when I was self managed.”
The photos from the campaign are also featured among the product’s description on the Palmer’s website.

“Ommmmggggggggggg that’s amazing,” she said.

Negrotti ultimately placed sixth and became a member of the jury. She was also one of the top three contenders for America’s Favorite Houseguest.
