Reality television personality and star of Bravo’s “Below Deck Mediterranean” Aesha Scott had shared an emotional reunion she recently had with her mother. The social media post gives a rare look at Scott as a daughter rather than as a chief steward.
Aesha Scott Shares Reunion Video With Mother
During a trip to Australia before she heads to Las Vegas for BravoCon 2025, Scott revealed that she had gone to Australia to relax and spend some time with loved ones. Among the many photos and videos she shared to her Instagram account was one showing a funny and touching reunion between Scott and her mother.
In the video, her mom can be seen arriving at an airport terminal. Upon seeing Scott, she quickly breaks out into a huge smile and begins frantically waving, seemingly finding it difficult to contain her emotions. Scott also posted photographs showing her spending time with her mother at various locations in Sydney, including the famous Sydney Opera House.

Aesha Scott Opens up on Future After ‘Below Deck’
Over recent months, Scott has been more open with her family life. Speaking earlier this year about her plans after her stint with the “Below Deck” franchise comes to an end, Scott revealed that she wanted to concentrate on her family life.
“I never like to fully close the door, but at some point down the line, I definitely do want to have some babies of my own. So it just depends when we make the decision to do that,” she explained.
Aesha announced her surprise engagement to Scott Dobson back in May 2024, revealing the news on her Instagram account. The photographs accompanying the post clearly demonstrate that Scott wasn’t expecting the proposal.
The couple had previously been dating for more than four years before news of the engagement broke, with Scott revealing that she was amazed that her fiancé had been able to plan a secret proposal without her finding out.
The current plan is for the pair to get married in early 2026, after plans for a 2025 ceremony were postponed to allow extra time for planning and give guests a better chance at being able to attend.
