The ongoing drama surrounding Bravo’s “Summer House” has fans comparing it to the ultimate reality TV betrayal between Tom Sandoval and Rachel Leviss on “Vanderpump Rules.” Dubbed “Scandoval,” the scandal not only dominated headlines but also helped take Ariana Madix’s career to new heights. Now, a similar spotlight appears to be shining on Ciara Miller.
Now, Madix and Miller are joining forces for a new partnership with fast-food chain Sonic Drive-In, delivering an epic commercial that saw the women poking fun at the latest “Summer House” events.

It was only a matter of time before fans saw Ariana Madix and Ciara Miller team up on a project together, especially as viewers continue drawing comparisons between “Summer House” stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson’s unexpected romance and the headline-making “Vanderpump Rules” scandal involving Tom Sandoval and Rachel Leviss.
In a new paid partnership with Sonic Drive-In, Miller and Madix are seen catching up while sitting together, each holding one of the brand’s new frozen refreshers as they chat about life and what’s been going on in the headlines recently.
“So, anything new to talk about?” Madix first asked Miller. Miller plays it cool, telling her, “No, nothing. No new updates for me.” Madix is clearly shocked at her response since the “Summer House” drama has been consuming the news cycle.
“Nothing? Nada? Really?” She says. “No, honestly, life has been pretty chill,” Miller adds, with Madix sharing in a playful nod to both the drama and the brand’s latest drink, “That’s actually so refreshing to hear because I feel like I kind of thought that, you know, like, things were like…”
“No, no, no. I’ve been off social media, and I’ve been um, honestly, drinking my new frozen Sonic refreshers,” Miller says to Madix, who adds, “I love that energy.”
Fans quickly took to the comment section where they posted exciting messages like, “It just keeps getting more iconic,” and “A MOTHER CROSSOVER.”
Miller Joins ‘DWTS’ Season 35
GettyMiller is seeing her career gain momentum, similar to the surge in opportunities Madix saw in the wake of “Scandoval.” And, much like Madix, Miller was just announced as one of the first celebrity contestants for season 35 of “Dancing With the Stars.”
During Hulu’s Get Real House event on April 22, DWTS hosts Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro announced that Miller would be joining “Love Island” and “The Traitors” star Maura Higgins on the dancefloor for the newest season.
Although Miller could not be present for the epic announcement, she shared her excitement in a video call. “I had some unfinished business here in New York City that I needed to wrap up, but I am so excited to join Season 35 of ‘Dancing With the Stars.’ I feel like this is the perfect moment. I feel like I’m opening a new chapter, and I’m so excited to share it with all of you guys. Can’t wait to put my energy on the dance floor,” she shared.
“And Maura, I can’t wait to share the dance floor with my fellow Faithful,” Miller, who starred on “The Traitors” season 3, added.
Madix was a contestant on season 33 of DWTS and partnered with Pasha Pashkov. The couple placed 3rd with actress Xochitl Gomez and Valentin Chmerkovskiy taking home the mirrorball trophy. Here’s hoping Miller goes just as far, if not farther than Madix, for the upcoming season!
