Former “Vanderpump Rules” star Tom Schwartz has been going strong with his girlfriend, model Kiana Carroll, since October 2025. The Bravo star first revealed that he was “dating” someone while speaking on Lala Kent’s “Untraditionally Lala” podcast that month, with his former co-star sharing that his new love interest has a “super hot face.”
Schwartz has since shared several candid photos with Carroll on social media, even having her join his “Detox Retox” podcast in March, where the couple announced they had hit their six-month mark. More recently, Schwartz revealed that he and Carroll took a meaningful new step by getting matching tattoos.

“The Valley” star Tom Schwartz was a guest on the April 22 episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” where he revealed that he and his girlfriend of seven months, Kiana Carroll, took their romance to the next level by getting matching tattoos.
When Cohen asked Schwartz if he had any other tattoos or piercings, Schwartz replied, “I have a tattoo… I have a sentimental one,” as he pointed to Carroll, who just so happened to be seated in the audience that night.
When Cohen asked for clarification, Carroll responded with a smile, “We do.” The host then reacted, “Wow. Seven months in?” To which Schwartz replied, “Yeah.”
Schwartz is no stranger to getting ink in honor of his significant others. Fans will remember when he debuted a tattoo dedicated to his ex-wife, Katie Maloney, during a season 4 episode after a trip to Las Vegas with Tom Sandoval. Schwartz revealed that he had gotten “Bubba,” a term of endearment between the former couple, on his bottom. While appearing on WWHL in 2023, Schwartz admitted that he still has the tattoo.
Additionally, Schwartz inked “LVP,” which stands for Lisa Vanderpump, on his backside after losing a game of ping-pong to his former boss.
Schwartz Gives a Positive Update on His Relationship With Katie Maloney
GettyDuring his appearance on WWHL, Schwartz was also asked about his current relationship status with Maloney. The former couple announced their split in March 2022, after 12 years together and five of those years married.
“Great,” Schwartz answered when asked how he and Maloney are doing today. “She has the dogs right now. Yeah, I love to see her thriving. Her boyfriend’s cool as hell. Yeah, man, we’re in a great place,” he added.
In October 2025, Schwartz shared similar sentiments about his ex-wife while speaking on Lala Kent’s “Untraditionally Lala” podcast.
“Me and Katie are great. I don’t see [her] that much, but she’s so sweet,” he said, adding, “She’s so freaking sweet to me, always, and kind. [She] sends me funny texts sometimes. But, also, I’m respectful of our boundaries.”
Schwartz is now back on our screens as a full-time cast member on “The Valley.” Meanwhile, at Hulu’s Get Real House event on April 22, it was announced that Maloney would star on Stassi Schroeder’s debut unscripted series, “House of Stassi,” set to premiere this summer.
