Tom Schwartz is giving fans another glimpse into his relationship with girlfriend Kiana Carroll.
Over the weekend, Schwartz posted a new photo of the pair on his Instagram Story. The image showed Schwartz wearing a knit bucket hat pulled low over his eyes as he wrapped his arm around Carroll, who leaned in to kiss him on the cheek. The couple appeared to be at TomTom, the restaurant and bar Schwartz used to co-own with Lisa Vanderpump and Tom Sandoval.
Schwartz did not add a caption to the photo, letting the moment speak for itself.
The post comes as Schwartz continues to share select updates about his relationship with Carroll, whom he began dating in 2025.

Schwartz previously opened up about Carroll during BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas. The “Vanderpump Rules” alum appeared on the “Peaks and The Valley” panel on Nov. 14 and described the relationship as “new and fresh.”
“She’s dreamy. She’s so dreamy,” Schwartz said during the event.
He added another statement about how he views their relationship.
“She’s the love of my life. She’s amazing,” Schwartz added. “I’m happy, I feel like I’m under a love spell right now. And it’s a great place to be. I’ve got the rose colored lenses on.”

Schwartz has also included Carroll in his content on social media and podcasting.
In a Nov. 12 Instagram post, Schwartz revealed that Carroll appeared as a guest on his podcast “Detox Retox with Tom Schwartz.” He teased that the episode would offer insight into Carroll’s work in modeling and the realities of the industry.
“Let’s go to one [of my] favorite places in the world, NYC, [with] one of my favorite humans in the world, [Kiana],” Schwartz wrote in the caption. “She’s got charisma, moxy and is as funny as she is beautiful. With cold beer in hand, we riff on the current state of the modeling biz from her chic high-rise apartment.”
Schwartz described the episode as an inside look at Carroll’s career.
“Here’s your peek behind the curtain into the glamorous, gritty, and unpredictable world of professional modeling,” he added.
Alongside the podcast promo, Schwartz shared 20 photos and video clips that included Carroll’s modeling shots and travel moments in New York City. The posts included scenes of dining out, time on an airplane, and additional behind-the-scenes moments.
Several Bravo personalities responded to the post, including “The Valley” cast members Michelle Saniei and Zack Wickham. Jesse Lally also commented, “hard launch.”
Lala Kent Interview Included Tom Schwartz’s Dating Confirmation
Schwartz confirmed he was dating someone new during an appearance on “Untraditionally Lala,” Lala Kent’s podcast.
On the Oct. 8 episode, Schwartz discussed the dating rumors that circulated between him and Kent after she posted a “soft-launch” photo of the two of them together. Schwartz said his girlfriend was aware of the post and understood the context.
“She gets it totally,” Schwartz said.
Kent said she respected Schwartz’s choice to keep his relationship private at the time, but confirmed she had met Carroll in person. Kent complimented Carroll’s appearance while discussing Schwartz’s new relationship.
“Some would call it a supermodel stunning face,” Kent said. “I, like, kind of couldn’t put together words when I saw her.”
Schwartz has continued to share occasional updates since then, including another Instagram Story post last month featuring a keychain attached to Carroll’s Chanel bag. The keychain displayed a photo of the couple together.
“Her la booboo,” the photo was captioned, along with a red heart emoji.
We see how long that will last. It’s always butterflies when a relationship is new. She’ll eventually find out what a loser he is. I give it a year or two before she sees the real Schwartz. Let’s hope he doesn’t treat her the way he treated his ex wife Katie. So glad Katie kicked him to the curb. And she is extremely happy with her ROCKER boyfriend. That is so mean. Tom grew up on that horrible vanderpump show. They all did stupid adolescent stuff. Tom always was the smarter one of the group, just very goofy, young, immature and not committed at that time. I love Katie but she was pushing for the relationship when he was not ready. I don’t approve of Katie’s choice of partner now. Seems she is still playing around. Not marriage material, Katie needs to do better again.
