Ciara Miller is preparing to enter a fresh phase in her career as she joins “Dancing with the Stars” this fall. Best known for her role on “Summer House,” Miller said she’s excited about the change in pace and the opportunity to settle into a more defined schedule while filming in Los Angeles.
Bravo Star will take the ballroom floor on Season 35 alongside Maura Higgins, who rose to fame on “Love Island” before appearing on “The Traitors.”

Ciara Miller Finds Motivation in ‘DWTS’ Rehearsal Schedule
BravoMiller shared, “It’ll be nice to have my own schedule, have like a very solid schedule, be able to go where I need to go,” she said, talking to People. “I’m looking forward to having that dance schedule. I feel like I used to have that when I was growing up.”
For Miller, getting back into a steady routine feels both grounding and energizing. With a background shaped by structure, she is looking forward to rediscovering that rhythm through her time on “Dancing with the Stars.”
She added that the regular pace of rehearsals is something she hopes to enjoy as she fully settles into the competition.
Ciara Miller Focuses on Fitness and Stamina
As she prepares for the physical demands of the show, Miller is already thinking ahead about how to build endurance.
“I might start running again because I need to get my stamina up and have some type of endurance,” she told People. “I’m gonna get in the gym.”
She also noted plans to incorporate more yoga and Pilates into her routine as she works toward building strength and flexibility ahead of the season.
Support System Helps Ciara Miller Step Into the Spotlight
As Miller looks ahead to her “Dancing with the Stars” debut, she is doing so with strong support from Ariana Madix, who made a point of reaching out to uplift her.
Getty“I definitely wanted, especially like early on, to kind of check in and just be like, I love you, and you’re amazing,” Madix said of Miller.
“I think she’s so poised to take over the world,” she added. “I think she’s at such a good point in her career, and she’s such a beautiful and amazing woman.”
Miller shared that the encouragement has meant a great deal, especially coming from someone who has navigated similar experiences.
“It’s so nice because I feel like when you’re in the reality TV space and, you know, as you’re either growing or branching out, to have the support from people who have done it before you is so nice,” she said. “Ariana is so great. She gives the best advice, but she’s also like, ‘you know what you’re doing,’ so just like instilling that confidence in me.”
“She’s a great role model,” she added.
As the ballroom debut approaches, Miller appears grounded and optimistic, moving forward with both confidence and a strong circle of support.
