“Below Deck” chief stew Fraser Olender sparked rumors that he and comedian Matt Rogers are dating after posting numerous photos and videos together from BravoCon on Instagram.
The Fraser Olender & Matt Rogers Rumors Explained
Olender posted numerous photos and videos from his time at BravoCon. Rogers, known for hosting the podcast “Las Culturistas” with “Saturday Night Live” star Bowen Yang, was featured in three different slides. One slide was simply a video of Rogers during an interview. Although it’s a bit hard to hear, Rogers says, “I’ve been spending most of my time with Fraser.” He then points at the camera and, presumably, the “Below Deck” star.
However, Olender and Rogers have yet to comment on the rumors, and without any images of explicit PDA, we can’t say for certain that the two are dating. That being said, on November 6, 2025, Olender posted a series of photos from NBC’s “Wicked: One Wonderful Night.” One of the photos shows him and Rogers cuddled up in a way that could be perceived as romantic.
Plus, very importantly, someone posted a clip seemingly from “Andy Cohen Live” on Instagram, in which Cohen apparently confirms Olender and Rogers’s relationship. In the clip, Cohen is very supportive of the relationship.
Ultimately, we’ll need to wait for an official comment to know for certain if the two are a couple.
Fraser Olender’s Relationship History

At the beginning of “Below Deck” season 12, Olender mentioned that he was in a relationship, although he was clear about how difficult dating was given his job. Because he spends so much time working on yachts, it’s hard for the chief stew to find time to see whomever he’s dating.
Olender never publicly mentioned whom he was dating during “Below Deck” season 12, but we know the relationship was short-lived. After Olender kissed his coworker, Damo Yorg, he realized he was unhappy being in a long-distance relationship where he rarely saw his partner. By episode five, Olender was single once again.
Although breakups can be sad, being single meant Olender was free to meet new people and find the right relationship for him. Perhaps Rogers is that person. If so, we wish them all the best and are hoping for a happy ending.
