Carl Radke is stepping into a new phase of his life, both on and off camera. The longtime “Summer House” cast member announced a new podcast this week, just as he and “Southern Charm” star Venita Aspen were spotted traveling overseas together after months of romance speculation.
‘More Life With Carl Radke’ Podcast Launches Under Sony Music
Sony Music Entertainment’s Global Podcast Division confirmed the launch of “More Life with Carl Radke,” a new weekly podcast. The show will debut on January 27 across all major podcast platforms, with full video episodes available on Spotify and YouTube.
According to Sony Music Entertainment, each episode will feature 45- to 60-minute conversations centered on healing, personal growth, and living with intention. Radke will sit down with a mix of celebrities, fellow Bravo personalities, creators, and thought leaders, along with individuals whose lives were shaped by pivotal moments. The premiere episode features an in-depth conversation with Radke’s longtime friend and “Summer House” co-star Kyle Cooke.
Radke draws heavily from his own experiences for the project. Throughout his decade on “Summer House,” he has spoken openly about grief, addiction, and his journey to sobriety.
Beyond reality television, he is also the co-founder of Soft Bar + Café, an alcohol-free social space in Brooklyn, and the author of the memoir “Cake Eater,” which details his path toward recovery and self-discovery.

Radke also announced the project directly to fans on Instagram on January 22, sharing his motivation behind starting the podcast.
“Yes, I started a podcast 😉 Why? Because I wanna learn from the folks who are doing the work, and friends who’ve inspired me along the way,” Radke wrote. “We’ll talk the good bad and the ugly but most importantly, the healing, reinvention and self discovery.”
He added that the first episode will drop on his birthday.
“First episode drops on my birthday, Tuesday, Jan 27th and new episodes every Tuesday wherever you get your podcasts,” he wrote. “Excited for you guys to see and hear More Life!”
In an accompanying video, Radke explained the mission further.
“Growth is not a one-time event. Growth is a choice that we make every single day,” he said. “So what is this all about? My name’s Carl Radke and I’m bringing to you ‘More Life’ with me, Carl Radke.”
He continued, “Each week on my podcast, we’ll be bringing my friends from my inner circle… celebrities, creators, authors… navigating loss, sobriety, losing a job, recovery, tons of different topics.”
Carl Radke and Venita Aspen Travel to London Together
The career news comes as Radke and Venita Aspen confirmed they were both traveling to London on January 22. Radke shared an airport selfie on Instagram Stories, captioning the photo, “But first an airport bathroom selfie,” alongside The Clash’s “London Calling.” He later posted a photo of a flight board with the caption, “Ello.”
Aspen also shared that she was heading to London, asking followers for recommendations.
“Going to London and I would love to know the best places for vintage shopping and fun local spots,” she wrote.
Their trip follows Aspen’s appearance on “Watch What Happens Live,” where she addressed the status of their relationship.
“[We’re] going out on dates and trying to get to know each other better,” Aspen said on the January 14 episode. “He’s very intentional, and he’s a really hard worker, and it’s really attractive. He’s very kind.”
She added, “I’m trying to see if [a relationship] can be there.”
“Southern Charm” season 11 airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET, and “Summer House” season 10 premieres Tuesday, February 3, at 8 p.m. ET, both on Bravo.
