Lisa Vanderpump May Have Moved to Las Vegas, but She Took a ‘Mini’ Part of Beverly Hills

Lisa Vanderpump has always been known for grand entrances, memorable restaurants and larger-than-life homes. Now, the “Vanderpump Rules” star is making headlines again for her “mini Villa Rosa” in Las Vegas, where she lives part-time while running several of her business ventures. During day two of BravoCon 2025, Vanderpump opened up about her Vegas home, how it compares to her famous Beverly Hills estate and why she continues building her empire in the city.

With multiple restaurants, a hotel on the way and Vanderpump Rules returning, Vanderpump is staying busier than ever. And for her, Las Vegas is more than a place to work—it is becoming a second home.

Lisa Vanderpump Praises Her Las Vegas Home & Business Life

During a BravoCon panel moderated by Jerry O’Connell, Vanderpump revealed more details about her new life in Sin City. When O’Connell asked if she had recreated Villa Rosa in Nevada, Vanderpump didn’t hesitate.

“I think Beverly Hills is really my home,” Vanderpump said. “But I work here so much, so it’s much easier for me to have my little Villa Rosa Vegas here.”

She called the city “the playground of the world” and reflected on her early impressions growing up in London.

“I love Vegas,” Vanderpump continued. “When you’d come to Vegas, you’ve never seen anything like it. And I still think it’s like that. It’s innovative, it’s moving forward, [and] I feel safe here. It’s got this incredible energy… My hat’s off to Vegas, for sure.”

According to TMZ, Vanderpump and husband Ken Todd bought the $5 million home in 2024, closing on the property just three days after seeing it. The mansion sits on a golf course and features expansive views and a luxury pool, the outlet reported.

Vanderpump has become a major fixture in Las Vegas. She launched Vanderpump Cocktail Garden in 2019, followed by Vanderpump à Paris and Pinky’s by Vanderpump. Her most ambitious project yet is the Vanderpump Hotel, expected to open in 2026 in partnership with Caesars Entertainment.

In a November 2025 interview with Neon, Vanderpump described the property as “attainable luxury.”

“It has to be something that everybody who has supported me can afford,” she said. “I’m not going to price myself out of the market… It’s still going to be a boutique hotel, and it’s going to be more personalized.”

LVP Addresses a Possible RHOBH Comeback

Although Vanderpump has extended her professional footprint in Nevada, she confirmed there is one project she is not returning to: “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

“No, I’m not going back,” Vanderpump said at BravoCon. “I did that for 10 years, and that was so many years ago. I’ve moved on, and hopefully, so have they.”

She acknowledged that she stays in touch with few former castmates. “I just saw Rachel Zoe,” Vanderpump noted. “That’s the closest I’ve got to any of them.”

Vanderpump added that her schedule has no room for feuds. “My life is extraordinarily busy, and I personally don’t have any time for negativity.”

When asked whether she would launch a Las Vegas version of the franchise, she shut down the idea immediately.

“I’ve moved on from The Real Housewives,” Vanderpump said. “I think when you’ve done something for 10 years, that’s so many episodes. I don’t think I really have anything else to give.”

Vanderpump says she prefers to keep her on-screen energy focused on business. “I’m keeping it authentic; I’m doing what I do best. I’m living my life,” she added.

Lisa Vanderpump and an all-new group of SUR-vers return when “Vanderpump Rules” season 12 premieres on Tuesday, December 2, on Bravo.
