Lisa Vanderpump’s TomTom Restaurant Is Up for Sale in Major Shakeup

One of the most recognizable hotspots from “Vanderpump Rules” could be entering a major new chapter.

TomTom Restaurant & Bar, the West Hollywood venue co-owned by Lisa Vanderpump, is now on the market, according to listing materials released by the broker. The offering includes substantially all operating assets, signaling a potential shift for one of Bravo’s most visible hospitality brands.

TomTom sits in the heart of the Rainbow District. It has become a staple of both the Los Angeles nightlife scene and the “Vanderpump Rules” universe.

Since opening in 2018, the bar has been heavily featured on the series. It is also closely tied to cast members Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, who hold minority ownership stakes.

What the Listing Actually Includes

The offering extends well beyond the physical space.

According to the materials, the sale includes intellectual property, branding, social media accounts, furniture, fixtures, equipment and proprietary operational systems. It also incorporates elements tied to PUMP Restaurant, Vanderpump’s now-closed venue, which had been partially integrated into TomTom in recent years.

The listing markets the business as a turnkey opportunity with significant built-in brand recognition, driven by years of exposure on “Vanderpump Rules.” The series has helped transform Vanderpump’s venues into global destinations, drawing fans to West Hollywood from around the world.

The listing leans on TomTom’s visibility, noting that millions of viewers have seen the venue on “Vanderpump Rules,” along with a strong social media following.

TomTom Remains Open for Now

Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, both tied to TomTom, appear at an event as the bar is now listed for sale.

Despite the listing, TomTom remains open and operating under its current ownership structure.

Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, continue as primary owners, while Sandoval and Schwartz maintain minority stakes. There has been no indication that a sale has been finalized or that the venue is preparing to close.

Still, the listing raises questions about what comes next. TomTom plays a major role within the “Vanderpump Rules” ecosystem.

The restaurant serves as the backdrop for major storylines in recent seasons, making it one of the franchise’s most recognizable locations. Any ownership change could reshape how the venue appears on the show, or whether it remains part of it at all.

A Potential Turning Point for the Vanderpump Brand

The move also comes during a period of transition within Vanderpump’s broader restaurant portfolio.

PUMP has already closed, while SUR continues to anchor the brand’s presence on “Vanderpump Rules.” TomTom, however, has operated as a newer, more modern extension of that footprint.

A sale would mark a notable shift in that strategy.

For fans, the idea that TomTom could change hands introduces uncertainty around a location that has become closely tied to the identity of the series.

For now, the doors remain open. But with the business now on the market, one of reality television’s most recognizable bars may not stay the same for long.
