The “Real Housewives of Miami” cast promised the season 7 reunion would be their most explosive yet — and they weren’t exaggerating. While the three-part special aired plenty of drama, The Daily Dish revealed that even more went down off-camera during the taping, giving fans a deeper look at what really happened behind the scenes.

Bravo boss Andy Cohen was joined on set by Alexia Nepola, Guerdy Abraira, Julia Lemigova, Larsa Pippen, Lisa Hochstein, and Stephanie Shojaee, along with friends Adriana de Moura, Kiki Barth, and Marysol Patton. Before filming began, Cohen lightened the mood by joking about what was to come.
After Patton asked if tissues were available “for the criers,” Cohen fired back with a grin: “I’m gonna see if I can make you cry.” He then turned to newcomer Shojaee, asking, “Have you ever cried on TV, Stephanie?” The producers handed out tissues shortly after — prompting Patton to quip, “These are excellent quality.”
RHOM Cast Talks Looks, the Reunion Set, and Hochstein’s Off-Air Comment
The RHOM season 7 reunion set impressed everyone on set, including Cohen. “Wow. Oh my God. It’s like ‘Love Island,’” he said after seeing the bright, tropical-inspired backdrop. The women agreed, with Nepola calling the set “beautiful.”
Lemigova and Patton wore similar shades of blue, which didn’t go unnoticed. Hochstein laughed, telling them, “You guys are wearing the exact same dress.” Patton replied, “We didn’t plan it,” before explaining her outfit inspiration.
“For the reunion, I wanted to channel a sea goddess, a little sea nymph, something ethereal and powerful,” Patton said. “I chose an Albina Dyla dress with Givenchy heels, and of course, I wore my mama Elsa’s rings to carry her with me.” Lemigova added that her ocean-inspired gown reflected her own season 7 experience: “I went through a lot of waves this year. The ocean is a perfect metaphor for the dress.”
During part one of the reunion, de Moura brought her poodle, Basquiat, to the stage as her “emotional support dog.” Viewers saw Cohen gently tell her, “Adriana, they won’t let you keep your pooch on the set.” What fans didn’t see was Hochstein telling de Moura that her pup was “the best accessory” she’s ever had — a moment that drew laughs from the entire cast.
Shojaee’s Unfiltered Answers Made the Extended Cut of the RHOM Season 7 Reunion
The extended version of the RHOM season 7 reunion on Peacock featured one of the most surprising exchanges between Cohen and Shojaee.
In part two, Cohen introduced a clip reel titled “The Real Horny Wives of Miami” before asking Shojaee, “Given your line of work, who talks about sex more: construction guys or these ladies?”
“Oh, these ladies, for sure,” Shojaee replied instantly.
When Cohen followed up with, “Is the mile high club permitted on your private plane?” Shojaee didn’t hold back. “Oh, for Masoud and I? For sure,” she said. When Pippen jokingly asked if “anyone else” had permission, Shojaee replied with a firm, “No.”
