Kevin James Buys Breathtaking ‘Full Package Luxury’ Boca Raton Home for $17.5 Million: SEE INSIDE

Kevin James may have found both fame and forture as the king of Queens, however, he’s just put down some serious roots in Florida. That’s because the star of movies like “I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry” (2007), “Paul Blart: Mall Cop” (2009) and “Grown Ups” (2010), has just snapped up a new home in Boca Raton that’s incredibly impressive — and quite costly.

As you might imagine, the star purchased an enviable property that was pretty darn pricey. “The actor and comedian just dropped $17.15 million on a contemporary and newly built home in the Florida enclave, according to a source close to the deal,” per Mansion Global.

James’ New Abode Offers ‘Full Package Luxury’

James’ new home isn’t only new to him, it’s new period. “His new six-bedroom residence was built last year, and spans more than 8,600 square feet,” Mansion Global explains.

The house “delivers the full package luxury buyers are searching for, seamlessly combining cutting-edge smart-home features with resort-style elements, including a dedicated wellness space, expansive terraces and beautifully designed indoor and outdoor entertainment areas,” listing agent Jackie Feldman of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty told Mansion Global in an email.

When the new owner enters the home, he’ll first find himself in “a dramatic entry hall,” per MG. Beyond that, “the house has walls of windows, a great room with a bar, two kitchens—one main and one catering—and a climate-controlled wine room.”

“There’s also an office with a conjoined club room, a gym with an infrared sauna, two laundry rooms, decorative fireplaces, a four-car garage plus a dedicated golf cart bay and views across the neighboring golf course,” MG adds.

Feldman also notes that “[e]very inch of the home reflects an extraordinary level of finish, design and craftsmanship.”

The Star’s Home Is In the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club

James’ new home is located “within Boca Raton’s Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club,” according to Mansion Global.

“Since 1959, Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club has played an active part in the Boca Raton landscape, boasting a rich history as a gathering ground for South Florida’s high society, entrepreneurs and social leaders,” the club’s website explains.

The website also notes that “[a]s one of South Florida’s premier private clubs, Royal Palm offers its Members a range of exceptional facilities, ‘royal’ hospitality, and engaging activities that encourage and celebrate friendships — friendships that foster a deep sense of community and overall… family.”
