“Dancing With the Stars” pro Britt Stewart is celebrating an entire year of martial bliss with her husband, actor Daniel Durant.
The pair met during DWTS season 31 when they were partnered together. They finished in 5th place out of 16 couples, leaving just before the season finale. However, they walked away with a deep sense of friendship, which eventually blossomed into something greater.

Daniel Durant & Britt Stewart Reflect on a Year of Happiness & Love
Professional dancer Britt Stewart had her first celebrity dance partner on “Dancing With the Stars” season 29. She quickly rose in popularity among viewers and is a fan-favorite to this day.
Stewart met Daniel Durant in 2022 and quickly developed a strong friendship. Not long after DWTS season 31 ended, they began dating and fell in love. They married in August 23, 2025 and are looking back on their first year of marriage.
“One year married and forever to go ♾️ 08.23.2025” the professional dancer shared on Instagram, attaching several photos from their special day.
From the ceremony to the reception, fans enjoyed catching a glimpse of the wedding day. The couple even included their cats, Hudson and Orlando, by naming signature cocktails after them.

The Dancer Prepares For Another Competitive Season
Britt Stewart is expected to return for “Dancing With the Stars” season 35 this fall. The official cast list isn’t out yet, but she has played an active role promoting the show all year.
The 36-year-old performed in the 2026 Live Tour, served as a guest judge on “The Next Pro,” and proudly attended the recent DWTS convention in Palm Springs, California.
Britt Stewart also has an incredibly large fan base who would love to see her compete again this year. She’s choreographed many stunning routines, but has yet to make it to a season finale. Viewers hope that will change this year.
While “Dancing With the Stars” consumes quite a bit of time, Britt Stewart and Daniel Durant have a strong relationship and connection. Fans can frequently spot him in the audience and on his wife’s social media as he eagerly watches her perform.
