Hallmark+ Launches Limited-Time Major Sale on Annual Membership

Hallmark fans have a post holiday sale opportunity they will not want to miss. The network’s streaming platform, Hallmark+, is currently available at a major discount.

Hallmark+ launched in September 2024. The membership provides access to both the network’s streaming platform, as well as numerous benefits and discounts related to the Hallmark retail side.

Both monthly and yearly membership options are available. For a limited time, the Hallmark+ plus provides a significant discount available on the yearly option.

The Hallmark+ Sale Cuts the Yearly Cost by 50 Percent

On January 12, the Hallmark+ Instagram page teased the promotion. The Hallmark+ sale applies to the cost of the yearly subscription, which is currently 50 percent off.

The caption teased, “New year, new movies! From now until January 18, get 50% off an annual subscription with code 50NY.” The post also noted that the offer is available only to new subscribers.

The regular price for the service is $7.99 monthly or $79.99 a year. The Hallmark+ sale drops the yearly price for the first year down to $39.99.

Hallmark+ provides fans access to both content that is exclusive to the streaming program, as well as access to the network’s regular content. Most Hallmark movies and shows are available on Hallmark+ the day after they air on the network.

In addition, a handful of shows have been created to stream solely on Hallmark+.

Jonathan Bennett’s “Finding Mr. Christmas” started out solely on the streaming platform, as did “Celebrations with Lacey Chabert.” Sarah Drew’s “Mistletoe Murders” is a Hallmark+ exclusive, as was Tamera Mowry-Housley’s “Baked With Love: Holiday.”

The upcoming series “Hope Valley: 1874” as well as the current reality series “Second Chance Love” are also specific to Hallmark+.

“When Calls the Heart” makes its episodes available on Hallmark+ the day after they air on the network, and previous seasons can be viewed there too.

Hallmark+ Yearly Subscriptions Provide a Few Exclusive Benefits Over the Monthly Plan

Sometimes, Hallmark makes special versions of their projects available specifically on Hallmark+. For example, an extended version of “Three Wiser Men,” starring Tyler Hynes, Andrew Walker, and Paul Campbell, was available only via streaming.

The Hallmark+ sale gives fans an opportunity to score some additional benefits via the yearly deal versus a monthly subscription. Both versions of the subscription provide access to the streaming platform as well as deals with the retail side of the brand.

However, the yearly plan also includes a “New member welcome gift,” an exclusive free Keepsake Ornament, a birthday gift, and for those who renew after the first year, a member anniversary gift.
