Hallmark fans have plenty to look forward to this month with the return of the network’s “Spring Into Love” programming event, featuring several all-new, original movies that premiere on Saturday nights during the spring season. The event is centered around the celebration of romance and new beginnings. While the spring lineup only includes the romance titles premiering at the end of the month, Hallmark’s March movie schedule will also include two cozy mystery premieres.
Earlier in the month, viewers saw the debut of “Sugar & Vice: A Hannah Swensen Mystery,” the next chapter in the fan-favorite “Hannah Swensen Mystery” franchise, which premiered on March 7. Following this, the newest installment in the “Nelly Knows Mysteries” series, “Nelly Knows Mysteries: All Manners of Murder” premiered on March 14, then “Two for Tee” premiered on March 21. The last film to premiere this month will be “A Royal Setting.” According to the official synopsis on Hallmark Channel, this film follows Ruby (Jen Lilley), a world-renowned gemologist, is hired by Prince Luca (Dan Jeannotte) to restore the crown jewels and design his crown. This challenges tradition and complicates his relationship with his mother, the queen.

Lilley & Jeannotte Discuss Their Reunion in ‘A Royal Setting’
Lilley and Jeannotte first worked together on the 2019 Hallmark movie “Paris, Wine & Romance,” where their characters Isabella and Jacques competed against one another in a prestigious wine competition in Paris.
“Knowing that I was going to be working with Jen kind of took away a huge part of whatever nerves I might have had before starting,” Jeannotte said of their reunion in an exclusive interview with Swooon from March 27. “The last one we worked on was a really great movie, but it was a bit more romantic and a bit more dramatic. This one has a lot of comedy in it. And I remember talking about this years ago with Jen that she’s really funny. She should do more funny stuff. This movie, she gets the chance to be funny.”
Lilley told the outlet that she was “very glad to be working with Dan again” because “he’s a hard-working actor” and “very dynamic onscreen.”
“A Royal Setting” is Lilley’s first Hallmark movie since “Where Your Heart Belongs,” from 2022. “It’s so exciting,” the actress said of her return to the network. “Honestly, it felt like a homecoming in every single way and everything that you would expect from the warmth and welcoming back. It’s just been an incredible experience, top to bottom.”
