Lori Loughlin’s Stylist Defends The Star Against Some Backlash
GettyWhile some people were enamored with Loughlin’s new look, others began to speculate that maybe she was wearing a wig.
However, her hairstylist David Robert Naumann shut that down VERY quickly.
In the comments section of an Instagram post, one person posted, “Cute- but it’s a wig.” Naumann then responded to the comment, writing, “It’s not a wig 😉 I’d know ❤️.”
A Brand New Look Amid Some Major Life Changes
GettyLoughlin’s new look comes just a few months after she confirmed that she and her estranged husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, have split after nearly 28 years together.
PEOPLE broke the news in October 2025 that the two have separated, reporting that they are “living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time.”
This came after the two listed their Hidden Hills, California home for sale for $16.5 million after having purchased it in 2020.
In January 2026, Us Weekly provided some new details on their split, reporting that Loughlin and Giannulli are “friendly and “don’t hate each other.”
“It’s more amicable than people think or would expect,” the source added, revealing that Loughlin even invited her estranged husband over to spend Christmas with their family. However, the insider went on to detail how the couple’s marriage truly suffered during the 2019 college admissions scandal, where both were found guilty and spent time in prison.
