‘Summer House’ Star Amanda Batula Taking A Break From Social Media Amid West Wilson Romance: REPORT

Amanda Batula has been in the news a lot recently after the “Summer House” star confirmed her romance with fellow co-star West Wilson. And with that, she has been subject to a lot of backlash due to her close relationship with Wilson’s ex.

So, in an effort to help her mental health, it seems Batula is taking a step back from social media.

According to US Weekly, a fan revealed that they introduced themselves to Batula while at the Yankees game, and during the conversation, she was told by Batula that the reality star no longer has the Instagram app on her phone.

Amanda Batula & West Wilson Have Been Spotted Out Together Since Her Heartfelt Apology

Following the duo’s initial statement, they both stayed quiet and, for the most part, were out of the public eye. However, on Friday, April 10, Batula broke her silence with a heartfelt message on social media.

“Hi guys, I’ll keep this short and sweet,” she began. “I’ve obviously been MIA, but I wanted to come back on and say that I’m truly sorry to everyone I’ve disappointed and hurt, especially those I know personally who I’ve reached out to individually.”

“For the sake of my mental health, I’m going to try to start living life with some sense of normalcy,” Batula continued. “If you see me out or posting online, please know that this still weighs very heavily on me. I’m not ignoring what’s happening or what’s unfolded.”

She also added that she will be at the “Summer House” reunion.

Shortly after she posted her statement, Batula and Wilson reunited at a NYC Bar, where they were seen standing together. Then, the two were spotted getting cozy at a New York Yankees game, with the cameras catching some intimate moments the two shared. At one point, they even shared a kiss.

Ciara Miller Comments On Upcoming ‘Summer House’ Reunion

Ciara Miller has been thrown into the spotlight as well due to this new romance, as many have rallied behind her due to her former best friend and ex-boyfriend announcing their bombshell news.

And with that, Miller was recently featured on the cover of Glamour magazine, in which she opened up about this scandal while also teasing the reunion for Bravo’s hit show.

“The reunions are always mental warfare,” she explained. “Filming a reality TV show and then sitting at a reunion eight months later is not normal. It’s not real life; it’s having to remember everything you said or give a reason for why you said everything you said. I’m a bit nervous.”

But, while she doesn’t have her exact outfit planned out, she knows it will be a statement no matter what.

“There’s a theme for the reunion. It’s always like, ‘It’s the summer show, blah, blah, blah,’ she added. “I’m probably going to just push that to the side and wear whatever I want.”
