Lori Loughlin made a rare public appearance alongside her daughters this week, stepping out together on the red carpet for the first time in years. Loughlin, who announced her return to Hallmark in December 2025, attended the Women’s Cancer Research Fund’s Unforgettable Evening 2026 gala in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, March 11.
Lori, who will step back into her role as Abigail Stanton on season 14 of “When Calls the Heart,“ was a key part of the fan-favorite show in its early seasons, but was written off the show in 2019 after being arrested over her involvement in a national college admissions scandal with her husband.
Loughlin and her two daughters have rarely appeared in public since that difficult time, but she beamed while posing at the March 11 gala with Olivia Jade Giannulli, 26, and Isabella Rose Giannulli, 27. As per photos obtained by People, the outing marked the trio’s first red carpet appearance together since 2019.

Several well-known names attended the annual fundraising gala. Kris Jenner, Kathy Hilton, Kyle Richards, and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave were among the guests who walked the carpet that evening. Kerry Washington also attended the event and was honored with the “Courage Award,” which was presented to her by Jennifer Lopez.
The gala raises funds to support cancer research and awareness.
Red Carpet Appearance Comes Years After Family Legal Battle

In more recent personal news, Loughlin and Giannulli have quietly gone their separate ways after nearly three decades together.
GettyIn October, People confirmed that the couple had split after almost 28 years of marriage. Loughlin’s representative, Elizabeth Much, said at the time that the pair were “living apart and taking a break from their marriage,” adding that “no legal proceedings” had begun.
A source later told people that the past few years had “put a strain on their marriage.”
“Things have never been the same” after Loughlin and Giannulli “weathered the college admission fallout and the prison sentences together,” the insider said.
“It’s not a happy situation for her,” the source continued. “They’re in very different places right now, and it’s unlikely that they’ll find their way back together.”
Following the news of her parents’ separation, Olivia Jade later stepped out at the Coperni show during Paris Fashion Week in October.
