Following a wave of engagement speculation, it’s now been confirmed that the HGTV personality is not engaged to her boyfriend, Brandt Andersen, according to PEOPLE.
Despite the rumors, the couple remains happily together—just without any immediate wedding plans.
The Two Are Happy, But Not Engaged
“Alison and Brandt are still happily in love and in partnership with one another,” a source confirmed, clarifying their relationship status after the online chatter.
The confusion began after Victoria shared a series of photos on Instagram on March 31.
The carousel captured moments from what appeared to be a fun weekend getaway in Nevada.
But it was one specific image that caught fans’ attention—a casual selfie showing the Sin City Rehab star wearing a noticeable ring on her left hand.
That single detail quickly sent followers into detective mode.
“Engagement and wedding rings??? What have I missed?!” one fan commented, sparking a flurry of similar reactions.
Others chimed in, noting they had spotted the same thing, with comments like “I spied those also,” and “me too!” flooding the post.
Now, with confirmation that the two are not engaged, it’s clear the ring was simply a case of misinterpretation.
All About Their Relationship
Still, there’s no denying that Victoria and Andersen’s relationship has been going strong.
The pair first met at a wellness retreat in California, where a group setting unexpectedly sparked a deep connection.
Reflecting on their early days, Victoria shared that Andersen was part of a class of 37 people—and their bond formed naturally through laughter and conversation.
“He was in this class with us… and we just became friends, we laughed so hard,” she previously told Entertainment Tonight.
That friendship quickly evolved into something more meaningful.
After the retreat, Victoria chose Andersen as one of her accountability partners, and the two spent hours talking and getting to know each other on a deeper level.
“It was truly like getting to each other’s core… and in turn just falling,” she explained. “When I left, I loved him.”
The couple later made their relationship public in June 2024, stepping out together at a major awards event before eventually sharing more of their romance on social media.
Since then, they’ve continued to showcase their connection, including a PDA-filled vacation in Greece last year.
Just this past February Victoria shared a sweet post for Valentine’s Day.
