On March 7, HGTV took to Instagram to share exciting news about Brian and Mika.
“Surprise! The designers of our next home giveaway, HGTV Smart Home 2026, are … @mikamakesmoves and @mrbreakinground 🎉,” the caption noted.
“Head to our profile to get a sneak peek of this gorgeous property in Orlando, FL, then come back 4/7 for the full tour,” the post noted. “Your chance to win starts 4/21! 🏡”
In the clip, Brian and Mika share, “We’ve been keeping a secret …” then reveal the beautiful home.
The HGTV site describes the 2026 smart home as “a resort‑inspired retreat where thoughtful tech meets bold, curated design in a home built for sunshine, style, and effortless living.”
The site also includes a tour of the home before Mika and Brian step in to do the interior design, with photos and a time-lapse video that shows the home being built. The floor plan reveals three bedrooms, a lounge, game room, kitchen, living room, and office nook.
On March 3, HGTV teased the upcoming Smart Home 2026 giveaway with a hint about its “magical” location. The home appears to be within close proximity to Orlando theme parks and Florida attractions.
