Season 7 of HGTV’s “Rock the Block” will be filmed in Las Vegas, Nevada, HGTV reported. The teams will have six weeks to transform identical cul-de-sac homes that will emulate their individual design styles. Each team will be given $275,000 to revamp a one-level home with a private courtyard, multi-generational suites and RV garage.

“The lucky team who earns the highest appraised property value will hit the jackpot, winning Rock the Block bragging rights and a street named in their honor,” HGTV reported.

The premiere will be a two-hour episode and will feature the four teams constructing the main bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet in their 1,000-square-foot home built by Landon Miller Homes. To boost the appraisal and attract interested buyers, the celebrity teams will look to include stunning Vegas-inspired features such as gold-leaf wallpaper, Moroccan tiles and marquee lights.

Pennington shared a statement with HGTV to express his excitement about the new season, saying, ”Rock the Block is back, and we’re going all in Vegas style with a bold new lineup of teams. The stakes are higher than ever, and these duos are betting on great design in hopes of hitting the renovation jackpot.”

Now, let’s meet the four teams competing in “Rock the Block” season 7!
