HGTV is keeping the momentum going this week with a mix of new episodes, returning favorites, and a major premiere to close things out. It seems like the network has settled into a rhythm lately… roll out fresh episodes early in the week, sprinkle reruns throughout primetime, and then give fans a big reason to tune in by Sunday night.
And honestly? If cozy home shows are your go-to comfort watch, this week’s lineup delivers plenty of reasons to keep the TV on. From renovation competitions to dream-home hunting, here’s what’s airing during primetime across HGTV from March 9 through March 15.

Before we jump into the daily schedule, there are a few things worth noting this week.
For starters, “Bachelor Mansion Takeover” continues its rollout across the lineup. The renovation competition series, featuring Bachelor Nation alums, returns with a new episode Monday night, with additional airings later in the week if you happen to miss it the first time.
HGTV is also still giving plenty of attention to “Wild Vacation Rentals.” The newer series takes viewers inside some seriously unique getaway properties across the country, and it pops up multiple times throughout the week. If you enjoy seeing homes that are a little more adventurous than the usual suburban house hunt, this one might be worth adding to the rotation.
Of course, the network’s biggest comfort shows are still holding down primetime. New episodes of “House Hunters,” “House Hunters International,” “My Lottery Dream Home,” and “Home Town” are scattered throughout the schedule, so longtime fans will definitely have plenty to watch.
And then there’s Sunday night. When “Property Brothers: Under Pressure” officially joins the lineup, putting a slightly higher-stakes spin on the classic Property Brothers formula. In the new series, Drew and Jonathan Scott help buyers navigate some of the toughest home searches (tight budgets, competitive markets, and tricky timelines) before stepping in to renovate the homes once the deal is done. And let’s be real; this is definitely the week’s biggest premiere.

Well I guess I won’t be watching HGTV any longer!
Most of the new shows are inane. Most people watch shows for inspiration & now they get crap!,,
Agree I will probably watch Tuesday and Sunday but the rest is crap.
