Ben and Erin Napier are back with another new season of “Home Town” and the HGTV stars are sharing a sneak peek. See one of the huge projects the Napiers tackle on “Home Town” in 2026, with Ben calling it “the biggest challenge we’ve ever had.”

On December 31, Ben and Erin gave fans a look at what to expect with the newest season of “Home Town,” premiering on January 4.
The HGTV Instagram account noted in the caption: “Their biggest challenge yet.”
“We got big news,” Ben said in the video.
Erin added excitedly, “‘Home Town’ is coming back! And here’s a sneak peek at a really great season.”
Ben added, “Best season yet!”
In the video, the couple look at a home in need of major repairs. “This is the biggest construction project I have ever been a part of,” Ben noted. “This is the biggest challenge we’ve ever had.”
Erin added, “Some contractors have said, ‘I won’t touch this one.'”
The synopsis for the “Home Town” season 10 premiere episode notes: “A couple’s iconic Laurel home hides a secret — inside, it’s on the brink of collapse. With repairs long delayed and a staggering cost to save the historic house, Ben and Erin could face their biggest project ever, if the family doesn’t walk away.”
The project is so big, it spans two episodes. The second episode synopsis explains: “Ben and Erin push through setbacks and astounding costs in one of their longest, most challenging projects as they attempt to save a couple’s historic Laurel home, preserving it for another 100 years.”
In a January 2026 interview with PopCulture.com, Ben shared, “This season is extremely difficult. Every project pushed us to our limits in some form or fashion — typically in a different way than we’re used to.”
