Farrah Aldjufrie is preparing to welcome her first child — and fans now know who she is having a baby with.
The 37-year-old daughter of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards revealed in August that she is expecting a baby boy with Zach Goldsmith, her former “Buying Beverly Hills” costar and fellow luxury real estate agent.
Who is Zach Goldsmith?
Aldjufrie initially kept the identity of her baby’s father private when she announced her pregnancy in July. She later confirmed Goldsmith was the father in an Aug. 23 TikTok documenting a sex reveal celebration with her family.

The clip showed Goldsmith and Aldjufrie sitting alongside Richards and Aldjufrie’s stepfather, Mauricio Umansky, as they learned they were expecting a boy.

Like Aldjufrie, Goldsmith has built a career in luxury real estate.
Goldsmith works at The Agency, the global real estate brokerage founded by Umansky. Aldjufrie and her younger sister Alexia Umansky also work for the company.
According to his biography on The Agency’s website, Goldsmith has spent more than 20 years working in luxury real estate and is a member of the brokerage’s Beverly Hills office. Before joining The Agency, he worked at Hilton & Hyland.
His professional résumé has earned him recognition within the industry. Goldsmith’s Instagram bio lists honors including Variety’s Showbiz Real Estate Elite and recognition from RealTrends, the Los Angeles Business Journal and The Wall Street Journal.
Goldsmith was born in London and raised in Los Angeles, according to his professional biography.
His connection to Aldjufrie extends beyond their work at The Agency. Goldsmith also appeared on Netflix’s “Buying Beverly Hills,” the reality series centered on Umansky’s brokerage and family.
While Aldjufrie and Goldsmith have now publicly confirmed they are expecting a child together, they have kept details about their romantic relationship largely private, including when they began dating.
Before her relationship with Goldsmith, Aldjufrie was engaged to luxury car dealer Alex Manos. She confirmed in 2024 that they had ended their engagement after several years together.
“I guess it was a slow sort of unraveling of two people that love each other very, very much, but actually weren’t seeing eye to eye on a few things,” Aldjufrie said of their breakup on “Buying Beverly Hills.” “We decided to go our separate ways, unfortunately, but no bad blood there.”

Aldjufrie first announced her pregnancy in July, sharing photos of herself displaying her baby bump and holding sonogram images.
“My most exciting launch yet. Coming soon late November 2026 ✨,” she captioned the announcement.
At the time, Aldjufrie did not identify the baby’s father.
The baby will be Aldjufrie’s first child, while Goldsmith is already a father. He shares two sons with his ex, Jennifer Hamilton-Goldsmith, according to People.
The pregnancy will also make Richards a grandmother for the first time.
Richards told People earlier in August that she was “beyond thrilled” about entering the new chapter.
“I am just so beyond thrilled and excited and I just feel so blessed that I’m getting to experience something like that,” Richards said. “I know that that is such a blessing and I just can’t believe that that time is here in my life.”
According to The Daily Dish, Aldjufrie’s baby boy is expected to arrive in late November.
