HGTV star Jasmine Roth is putting 2025 in her rearview mirror after a year of “ups and downs.”
Jasmine Roth Shares Health Update Ahead of 2026
The “Help! I Wrecked My House” star opened up about the struggles she faced in 2025, giving fans a health update after turning to functional medicine.
“2025 was a YEAR. Like a year year year. It had a lot of ups but it also had a lot of downs. But guess what, not only did I bounce back, but I relaxed. Like legit relaxed, not just faking it,” Roth shared via Instagram on January 7. “I’m reaching for my phone less, I’m clearer headed, and I’m more intentional than ever with my time.”
She continued, “And I know a lot of you have been here for a few years and followed my health journey with functional medicine and getting control over my bloodwork, toxicity, and hormones. The good news is I went back to my doctor (I had to take a break while pregnant and nursing Darla) and just got my bloodwork back last week – and guess what!?! It reflected how I feel. It was GREAT!”
Roth went on to explain that she plans to share “everything” that she has done to “get to this point” in her health journey.
“It’s been a LOT, but I don’t discount one single piece of my story and you shouldn’t ignore your story either,” she captioned her post. “We are created by our experiences and we build our happy one little moment, one little win, one little loss, etc…at a time. Can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store.”
Jasmine Roth Had a Herniated Disk
The HGTV star previously opened up about how a herniated disk set her on a months-long path to recovery.
“On Christmas day 2022, I woke up and couldn’t move my neck. I had a piercing pain between my shoulder blades and had no idea what was happening. Long story short, I had a herniated C5/C6 disk in my neck,” she shared via Instagram in May 2024. “The following 6 months were some of the hardest in my life, stacked with physical therapy, steroid injections, endless ice packs, even non-narcotic pain medications so I could sleep. Eventually I had stem cells injected and about 2 weeks after the procedure I celebrated because I had half a pain free day. But I still wasn’t healed and it took another 6 months of pain (which decreased slowly) to feel like ‘myself’ again.”
