Every New & Returning HGTV Show Premiering in November/December 2025

For HGTV fans, the last two months of 2025 will have a little bit of everything — new shows, returning shows, and some very special specials. Several series wrapped up in the last days of October, including the first season of Alison Victoria’s “Sin City Rehab” and the fifth season of Jasmine Roth’s “Help! I Wrecked My House.”

So, which shows will HGTV debut or bring back in November and December? Below you’ll find a chronological schedule of upcoming HGTV premieres before the New Year.

David Bromstad’s “My Lottery Dream Home” never gets old, even after 10 years on the air, but new episodes are always a welcome surprise. According to press materials from HGTV, a new season of the beloved series will premiere on November 7 at 9 p.m. Eastern time.

The first episode will feature Bromstad helping a lucky couple in Boca Raton, Florida, find their dream spot. As usual, each featured customer is home shopping with funds that came from a lottery win, inheritance or other circumstance.

NOVEMBER 11 on HGTV: ‘Hoarding for the Holidays’ Series Premiere

Among the new shows that HGTV has ready to go is “Hoarding for the Holidays,” set to premiere on November 11 at 9 p.m. Eastern time. With four one-hour episodes, the show will highlight people who are crazy for Christmas, from over-the-top decorations to out-of-control holiday collections.

The series premiere, per HGTV, will “follow ‘Saint’ Nick (whose Christmas stash could ruin his friendships), a party-loving couple clashing over decor overload and a vintage collector with a serious spending problem.”

DECEMBER 2 on HGTV — ‘Fixer to Fabulous’ Returns

“Fixer to Fabulous,” starring Dave and Jenny Marrs, will also return for its seventh season, which starts on December 2 at 8 p.m. Eastern time.

The 12-episode season showcases the Marrs raising their five kids, tending to their farm full of animals, and renovating homes for families in Bentonville, Arkansas — including their son Luke’s preschool teacher, whose home was ravaged in a tornado.

DECEMBER 3 on HGTV — ‘Cheap A$$ Beach Houses’ Series Premiere

Another new show, “Cheap A$$ Beach Houses,” will premiere on December 3 with back-to-back episodes at 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Eastern time. HGTV has ordered 16 episodes of the humorous and “fantasy lifestyle” series, which proves you don’t have to be super rich to snap up a super house.

In the premiere episode, per HGTV, a Michigan couple will search for a waterfront home at a “reasonable price” in Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

DECEMBER 9 on HGTV — ‘Fixer Upper: Colorado Mountain House’

Chip and Joanna Gaines’ latest “Fixer Upper” spinoff, in which they renovate a mountain getaway in Colorado (their first project outside of Texas!), will air on their Magnolia network and on HGTV. “Fixer Upper: Colorado Mountain House” premieres on December 9 at 9 p.m. Eastern time.

With help from their eldest daughter Ella, the Gaines will transform a 1960s mountain property by blending “original mid-century details with European-inspired finishes,” per the network, turning it into “their own timeless family retreat nestled in the Rockies.”

DECEMBER 14 on HGTV — ‘White House Christmas 2025’

For HGTV’s annual “White House Christmas” special, airing on December 14 at 6 p.m. Eastern time, things will be quite a bit different than when Drew and Jonathan Scott last hosted the show in 2023. It’s unclear exactly where all of the decorations will go now that the East Wing has been demolished, but a team of hundreds of volunteers are still expected to show up for a three-day decorating marathon.

The Property Brothers will be on-site helping and capturing the whirlwind of activity and the results. According to HGTV, First Lady Melania Trump’s theme for the season is “Magic, Wonder & Joy.”

DECEMBER 19 on HGTV — ‘My Lottery Dream Home: David’s Happy Ending’

“My Lottery Dream Home: David’s Happy Ending” will premiere on December 19 at 9 p.m. Eastern time, giving fans their first look at how the longtime HGTV star has transformed his five-bedroom Tudor into a warm and whimsical home that suits and reflects him perfectly.

Bromstad’s one-hour special is a follow-up to “My Lottery Dream Home: David’s Dream Home,” which aired on HGTV in 2021, chronicling his search for the ideal house in the Orlando area.

  1. Bring back Bargain Block and Castle Impossible. Sin City is nothing more that personality drama and I don’t watch it.

    • I agree with you. Alison Victoria has talent but she plays to the high end projects. I love seeing them, but for most people, it’s not real.

  2. Some of the shows you are airing are 10 years old ! You cancel the good shows like Unsellable Houses and Farmhouse fixer, and keep stuff like Ugliest House in America and it’s spin offs. You need a new person in charge of programming. How about some gardening shows ?

  4. I cancelled my HGTV cable because they got rid of Farmhouse Fixer (really good show trying to preserve America’s history), Egypt and her husband’s show which was good, and Castle Impossible (again, where are you going to find a show that cares about a 500 year old castle in America). These were unusual shows and done by caring people.
Well, I can show HGTV I care about those shows by cancelling HGTV Cable which I did.

  5. Married To Real Estate, Farmhouse Fixer and Castle Impossible were 3 of my favorite show. Why? I’m heartbroken. PLEASE reconsider! HGTV was all I ever watched. I’m sure you have cancelled others I loved too. What is going on!?

  6. Why would you cancel 3 diverse shows like Bargain Block, Emmy nominated Married to Real Estate and Farmhouse Fixer for Allison Victoria?
Bargain Block should receive an award from Detroit for their rehabbing and affordable housing plus continued support from HGTV. Married to Real Estate showed a loving family and talented parents who work hard at their craft. Farm House Fixer restoring part of America’s past instead of tearing down is admirable. I think watching a self centered, ill tempered designer in her skimpy tank top in Vegas is a no win HGTV!

  7. Unsellable Houses was my favorite! Followed by My Lottery Dream Home, Renovation Aloha and Castle Impossible. I just won’t be watching it often.
