SEE INSIDE: Lily Allen & David Harbour’s Brooklyn Townhouse Is on the Market Amid Divorce

While singer Lily Allen and “Stranger Things” actor David Harbour navigate life post-split, the former couple is selling their Brooklyn townhouse. Beyond that, they’ve now dropped the price by $695,000.

Originally put on the market in October 2025 for $7.99 million, they have now lowered that to $7.3 million.

The Brooklyn Townhouse Is Bright & Beautiful

Found “on a Brooklyn block adorned with lush greenery,” according to Realtor.com, the listing notes that the 22-foot-wide property combines “traditional English charm, modern Brooklyn sensibilities and rich Italian influence.”

Standing four stories tall, and offering residents five bedrooms and four bathrooms, “upon entering the abode, guests are greeted with green carpeting that leads to a white staircase.”

The living area is located off the entrance and features “floral wallpaper, green crown molding, a fireplace, and glass doors to the backyard, which boasts its own sauna and cold plunge.”

The white chef’s kitchen includes state-of-the-art appliances, a large island and a chandelier, while there is also a large breakfast nook.

When it comes to the bedrooms, one “features blue floral wallpaper, a fireplace and a large soaking tub,” while the others can fit king-sized beds and have large windows to let in plenty of natural light.

Beyond that, the home includes a colorful office space, a lounging room, a guest suite, a powder room, and a basement with a gym, laundry and storage.

Allen & Harbour’s Townhouse Is a ‘Mad World’

Back in February 2023, Architectural Digest explained that “[i]t’s a mad, mad, mad, mad world at the Brooklyn town house of Lily Allen and David Harbour. Dressed in an intrepid pasticcio of chintz balloon shades, crystal chandeliers, pink silk, tiger-patterned textiles, and Mylar wallpaper, the home issues a full-throated rebuke to the current vogue for hushed good taste wrapped in a straitjacket of beige.”

“Lily is the one who really set the tone and drove the program. Every time I tried to make it calmer, she kept pushing and pushing for more,” said designer Billy Cotton, who helped turn the townhouse into a whimsical home.

Harbour added, “Lily is someone who lives with color in a deeper way than most. Her taste is bold, silly, fun, eccentric — it’s exciting.”

As for Allen, she explained, “Billy would say, ‘You know this is a little crazy,’ or he’d bring up resale value. But this is our home, and we want to live in it in a way that works for us.”
