Following Lily Allen and David Harbour’s split, the stars decided to put the home that they had previously shared on the market. Now, the super stylish Brooklyn townhouse has just sold for $7 million.
The Couple Purchased the Home ‘During Happier Times’
The “stunning Cobble Hill townhouse” and “boldly maximalist” residence that was “[o]nce the elegant marital home” of Allen and Harbour “hit the market last October for $7.9 million,” according to the New York Post. “It was last asking $7.3 million.”
The “Smile” singer and “Stranger Things” actor bought the abode in 2021, “during happier times, for $3.3 million via two separate trusts,” per the Post. “By February 2025, they were no longer together after nearly five years of marriage.”
The Townhouse Boasts Four Levels of Fabulousness
Spanning 3,034 square feet and offering five bedrooms as well as four bathrooms, the 22-foot-wide brownstone is a “late-19th-century townhouse [that] unfolds across four levels,” according to the Gambino Group listing. “From its stately facade to its refined interior palette, the home is a layered narrative of traditional English charm, modern Brooklyn sensibilities, and rich Italian influence.”
On the townhome’s main level, the new owners will be able to enjoy the fact that there is “a whimsical living room wrapped in exquisite Zuber wallpaper, centered around a fireplace and framed by glass doors that leads to the private backyard featuring a sauna and cold plunge.”
“Detailed crown moldings carry through the living room and into the adjacent kitchen and dining area, adding a timeless architectural elegance throughout,” per the listing. Speaking of the kitchen, the large space “features Plain English cabinetry, an Ann Sacks tile backsplash, an Officine Gullo range, and a generous island, while a custom-built banquette beneath oversized windows floods the space with natural light.”
When the residents head upstairs, they’ll find the primary suite, which makes up an entire floor of the home. Deemed by the listing as “a true retreat,” the space is “enveloped in Zuber wallpaper and Pierre Frey carpeting.” It also “features a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, as well as dual walk-in closets.”
While the listing notes that “[t]he third level offers two well-appointed guest rooms, a skylit lounge with built-ins, and a separate home office,” the garden level is where the buyers will find “an additional guest suite, a powder room, and a casual living room with built-ins, a fireplace, and direct access to the yard — perfect for relaxed entertaining.” That’s not to mention “[t]he fully finished basement includes a gym, multiple storage and closet areas, and laundry room.”
