SEE INSIDE: Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann’s Former Mansion Selling for $4.2 Million

The massive mansion that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann once called home — and was the center of a sticky real estate-related situation — is for sale again.

“The sprawling Georgia mansion” that the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum and the former NFL player “were evicted from in a yearslong foreclosure battle has been put back on the market for $4.2 million, less than one year after the estranged couple were forced out of the property by U.S. marshals,” according to Realtor.com.

The Mansion Boasts Impressive Amenities … and an Elevator!

The spacious mansion — a “brick-and-stone estate” that “pairs timeless architecture with resort-level amenities” and spans 15,694 square feet — offers residents seven bedrooms and eight full bathrooms as well as three half-baths, according to the Sotheby’s International Realty listing.

“Upon entry, you’re immediately greeted by dramatic two-story ceiling heights illuminated by twin crystal chandeliers, creating a breathtaking first impression,” the listing notes. “For effortless living, the home also offers an elevator that services all floors. Designed for both elevated entertaining and everyday comfort, the main level flows from an elegant dining room to a richly appointed wood-paneled study with coffered ceiling, statement lighting, a fireplace, and custom built-ins.”

Along with a chef’s kitchen that contains everything you might desire in the space, the area “opens to a striking family room where wood trusses span the soaring cathedral ceiling,” per the listing. “Also on the main level is a one-of-a-kind entertaining lounge … featuring a full-scale bar with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, beverage cooler, ice maker, dishwasher, and a full-size wine refrigerator. Nearby, a sun-drenched living room showcases a curved wall of windows and a stone fireplace.”

When it’s time to get some rest, the owners can head to the “primary suite on the main level,” which “is a true retreat” featuring “a sitting area, fireplace, and a dramatic double-tray ceiling adorned with two matching chandeliers. The spa-inspired bath offers separate vanities, a soaking tub, and an expansive multi-head shower, while the extraordinary two-story custom closet—with built-ins and a center island—keeps everything beautifully organized.”

The listing continues by telling potential buyers that, “[u]pstairs, a generous landing/bonus area is complemented by four spacious en suite bedrooms, additional play space, and a distinctive domed, circular sitting room wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the grounds.”

That’s not to mention the terrace level, which the listing says “continues the experience with a second kitchen/bar, a 500-bottle climate-controlled wine cellar, family and game rooms, billiards and arcade areas, a home theater, and a gym with private massage room—plus a full in-law suite with its own kitchen and sitting room.”

The Home Offers Even More Outside

Set on a 1.78-acre lot, the mansion is “[p]erfectly positioned to capture sweeping views of the lake and the 18th fairway,” the listing explains. “Outside, enjoy multiple living areas including a covered veranda overlooking the heated vanishing-edge pool and spa, in-ground trampoline, turf play area, and a basketball court—all framed by impressive privacy, lake views, and golf-front scenery.”

Those who visit the home will also find “a six-car garage, featuring double-height ceilings—ideal for the car enthusiast and perfectly suited for adding vehicle lifts to expand capacity and showcase an exceptional collection,” per the listing. “Above the garage, a private suite with a full bath—previously used as a salon—offers exceptional flexibility as an au pair or guest suite, home office, creative studio, or additional living space.”
