Savannah Guthrie returned to Instagram with a message from her family as the search for her missing mother, Nancy Guthrie, continues into its seventh week.
The “Today” co-host’s family shared a statement urging the Tucson community to come forward with any information that could help investigators locate the 84-year-old woman, who has been missing since Feb. 1.
“We desperately ask this community for renewed attention to our mom’s case — please consult camera, footage, journal notes, text messages, observations, or conversations that in retrospect may hold significance,” the family wrote in a statement shared on Instagram.
“No detail is too small. It may be the key,” the message added.
Savannah Guthrie’s Family Urges Public Help in Search for Nancy Guthrie
The family said they believe someone in the community may unknowingly hold information that could help solve the case.
“We are deeply grateful for the outpouring from neighbors, friends, and the people of Tucson,” the family wrote. “We are all family now.”
They also emphasized that local residents may possess details that investigators have not yet received.
“We continue to believe it is Tucsonans, and the greater Southern Arizona community, that hold the key to finding resolution in this case,” the statement continued. “Someone knows something.”
The family’s message was signed by multiple members, including Savannah and her husband, Michael Feldman, as well as their siblings and their spouses.
“We miss our mom with every breath, and we cannot be in peace until she is home,” the statement said. “We cannot grieve; we can only ache and wonder. Our focus is solely on finding her and bringing her home.”

Savannah’s Instagram message of the family’s statement, asking the public to continue helping with the search.

Nancy Guthrie Disappeared After Dinner With Family
According to investigators, Nancy was last seen the evening of Jan. 31 after having dinner with family.
She was reported missing early on Feb. 1 after she did not appear for church services the following morning.
Authorities later asked residents living within a two-mile radius of her Catalina Foothills home to review security footage recorded between Jan. 1 and Feb. 2.
Investigators have released video showing a suspected abductor appearing at the home’s doorstep. Law enforcement also examined reports of a masked individual seen on doorbell cameras in the area.
Additional reports tied to the investigation include ransom messages involving cryptocurrency that were sent to the family. According to TMZ, one message described itself as a “highly sophisticated” ransom demand.
Savannah Guthrie’s Mother’s Investigation Continues With FBI and Local Authorities
The investigation into Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance remains active.
The FBI and the Pima County Sheriff’s Department continue to review evidence and tips connected to the case.
Officials have also announced a reward of more than $1 million for information leading to Nancy Guthrie’s recovery.
The family reiterated their gratitude for community support while continuing to urge anyone with information to come forward.
“We want to celebrate her beautiful and courageous life, but we cannot do that until she is brought to a final place of rest,” the statement said.
