Who Is Amanda Frances? Inside RHOBH Season 15’s Newest Cast Member

Amanda Frances is officially stepping into the spotlight on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” As season 15 continues, the newest cast member is opening up about what drew her to the show, how she balances family and business, and what viewers can expect as they get to know her.

Amanda Frances Says She Believes Women Can ‘Have It All’

In an interview with The Daily Dish, Frances shared the core value that has guided her personal and professional life long before joining “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

“There’s one thing I’ve really always tried to embody,” Frances said. “Being a woman who believes she can have it all, and who goes after everything she wants, really unapologetically.”

That mindset shows up across every part of her life. Frances is engaged to longtime partner Eddie Tsivislavsky, who proposed in December 2024 after shifting plans due to the Malibu fires. Instead of a beach proposal, Tsivislavsky transformed their home into the perfect setting.

“I thought there was absolutely no way that that is what was happening,” Frances told Wedding Forward, recalling how she suspected — then dismissed — the idea earlier that day.

The couple revealed in August that they obtained a wedding license, though they have not yet held a public ceremony.

The Newest RHOBH Star’s Family Life Is Front and Center

Family plays a significant role in Frances’ story. She and Tsivislavsky share two children together: son Canaan, born in 2022, and daughter Delilah, born in 2023. Canaan was born prematurely alongside his twin, Zion, who tragically died four days later due to a brain hemorrhage. Canaan spent 68 days in the NICU before coming home, according to a TV Insider profile.

Frances is also a stepmother to Tsivislavsky’s two children, Liam and Shoshana, from his previous marriage.

“My family life is so full — and that makes my heart so full,” Frances said. “And then my business is literally me living my dream, and doing something I love.”

Tsivislavsky, the CEO of California Flooring and Construction, has spoken openly about how Frances’ bond with his children solidified their future together. “It was what I noticed in Amanda’s eyes when she looked at my Shoshi bear,” he said. “She got Shoshana immediately.”

Amanda Frances’ Business Empire and RHOBH Preparation

Beyond her home life, Frances has built a thriving business focused on empowering women financially. Her work includes bestselling books such as “Rich as (expletive),” the “And She Rises…” podcast, digital courses, and coaching programs.

“I’m able to support and empower women and get paid to do it,” she said. “A lot of people tell me I’m a permission slip or a reminder of what’s possible.”

That philosophy extends to her time on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Frances admitted she barely watched the show before filming began, intentionally avoiding preconceived opinions.

“I wanted to form my own impressions,” she explained. Even after watching the infamous “Dinner Party From Hell” episode mid-filming, she said she already felt protective of castmates she had come to know.

“If I can get through the wildness of this season and have women out there believe in themselves more,” Frances said, “then I would say I did a good job.”

New episodes of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” air Thursday nights on Bravo.
