Back in August 2019, Dorit Kemsley purchased a home in Encino, California — an abode that is truly worthy of a “Real Housewives” star.
She talked about the house on the April 22, 2020, episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (via Bravo), saying, “When I walked into this [new] house, I just knew this is perfect for our family.”
Dorit Put the House on the Market a Year After Buying It
“Dorit Kemsley and [then-]husband Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley are putting their Encino, California, mansion back on the market just one year after purchasing the extravagant home,” People explained in September 2020. “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars have listed the … property for almost $9.5 million, a serious increase from the $6.5 million the couple paid in August 2019.”
The Daily Mail first reported the news, noting that the star was “selling her swanky modern farmhouse, located in an elite area of the Valley, and looking to turn a hefty profit on the sprawling space. … According to a source, the couple has listed their home … with the help of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles realtor David Parnes.”
“Dorit and PK are selling their home because they are now going to run their businesses from their house,” a source told DailyMailTV. “Their kids are also being home schooled so they are looking for a larger estate…”

In an April 15, 2020, Instagram video for “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” Kemsley offered fans a tour of her Encino home which features six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and three half bathrooms.
“Beginning in the main entrance, Kemsley, … took viewers through her modern living room before venturing outside,” according to People in April 2020. “Pocket doors open up to the massive backyard, complete with a full playground, pool, lounging area and basketball court…”
Kemsley then showed off her “favorite room in the house,” which is the open-plan kitchen. She explained, “I’d say it’s my dream kitchen. It’s where the magic happens.” Beyond that, “Kemsley also pointed out the sofa and media area adjacent to the kitchen, where she said her ‘kids will watch TV or hang out’ while she cooks.”
“The mansion boasts an open-tread staircase, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, and a double-height foyer, giving the home an expansive, wide-open feel,” People explained in September 2020. “The upstairs has a second family room and multiple guest and family bedrooms. The children’s room is complete with built-in bunk beds and extra seating space to hang out and play.”
That’s not to mention “[t]he master suite comes with its own private terrace and two extravagant bathrooms,” People notes. “In addition to massive closets, Kemsley added a glam room where her team of stylists could help prep her for outings.”
This has to be old, they are getting a divorce and she was robbed in that house. I don’t think she would post all that info now.
She’s thirsty.
