3 Single-Season ‘Real Housewives’ Stars Fans Want Back on the Show

Bravo’s “The Real Housewives” franchise has been on the air for going on 20 years, starting with “The Real Housewives of Orange County” in 2006. While many fan favorites have been on their respective shows for years, several ladies, like Monica Garcia, only lasted a season. Here are three that fans want to come back.

Garcia joined “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” for the show’s fourth season in 2023. She quickly became a fan favorite. However, things soured between Garcia and the rest of the cast after Heather Gay revealed the newbie had been behind a toxic social media page targeting them.

Per Deadline, following the events of season four, Garcia was not asked back to the show. Andy Cohen addressed her exit on his radio show, “Andy Cohen Live.” He said, “The news is out that we are going to have a cooling-off period.

I think the reunion is the chance to come out [and] say why you did what you did on the season. It’s the Supreme Court of public opinion. And so Monica had the opportunity, not only to explain herself to the audience but way more importantly, in this case, to the other women. And I don’t think she successfully swayed any of them to her side.”

Garcia spoke to US Weekly in October 2024 and revealed that she would be open to returning. However, she doesn’t think it would be possible given the show’s current state.

She said, “Housewives is all about bridges and mending relationships and seeing the other side of things, but [with] how things played out, I don’t know how they do it as long as certain other cast members are there. So I could see myself coming back if, maybe, there was a cast shake-up.”

After leaving RHOSLC, Garcia appeared on season two of “House of Villains” as the show’s narrator. She also regularly appears on the “Reality With the King” podcast, hosted by former “Real Housewives” producer Carlos King.

Claudia Jordan Made a Real Mark on ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’

Claudia Jordan joined “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” for the show’s seventh season in 2014. She made quite the impression on fans, especially following a memorable interaction with NeNe Leakes during a cast trip to Puerto Rico.

Sadly, she didn’t return for the show’s eighth season. Since her departure, several fans of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” have called for her return. Notably, Cohen echoed similar sentiments on “Radio Andy” in December 2023.

He said, “Well, I think that Claudia Jordan got an unfair… I’ve said this before, she kind of moved to Atlanta for the show, which never works. We brought her in as a friend, and then during production, we bumped her up, so I just think we didn’t give her the best chances for success. It was not on her.”

Since leaving RHOA, Jordan has accomplished quite a bit. Per IMDb, she’s been in multiple movies, including the 2025 thriller “Run.” She also cohosts a podcast, “Accidently Informed,” with Erica Cobb.

There are 14 seasons of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.” Amber Marchese joined the show for its sixth season, alongside fellow newbies Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano. Unfortunately for fans, she didn’t return for the next installment of the long-running series.

She broke the news of her exit to PEOPLE in 2015. Marchese said, “Jim and I have been giving Real Housewives of New Jersey a lot of thought, and given the current state of affairs regarding our personal lives and the direction of the show, we officially decided to move on. The show was not what we expected it to be, and I want to pursue more suitable endeavors.”

According to US Weekly, Marchese and her husband, Jim, appeared on “Marriage Bootcamp” following their stint on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.” More recently, began working in real estate in Manalapan, New Jersey.
