The cast of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” has had several ladies appear on the show over the years. One of the most talked about is Claudia Jordan, who appeared on only one season but caused quite a stir. Now, she has a new movie, “Run,” hitting theatres, and she’s teasing a potential cameo in RHOA season 17.
Jordan recently appeared on a live stream with former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” producer Carlos King and comedian Dustin Ross. While on the show, she opened up about the recent Atlanta premiere of the “Run” movie, which also stars RHOA star Drew Sidora.
She said, “We had our premiere in Atlanta, and that was amazing. The housewives were there. They were filming. They put a mic on me.” King then chimmed in and had Jordon expand on her experience filming while at the premiere of her movie.
Notably, Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, and Angela Oakley were in attendance. Jordan stated that she remained “graceful” with the ladies, some of whom she had complicated relationships with while on the show. However, she says she gave her “commentary” on their actions at the premiere, and fans may hear and see what she had to say on RHOA season 17.
Jordan also stated that she bonded with Oakley while on the red carpet for the premiere of “Run.” She said they also made plans to see each other in the future.
Jordan Recently Discussed Returning to ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’
Jordan joined “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” during the show’s seventh season. As mentioned, her time on the series was short-lived, despite creating one of the most memorable moments in the show’s history alongside Nene Leakes.
Now, she has accomplished quite a bit in her career since departing the series. However, she spoke to Entertainment Weekly in 2023, and the interviewer asked if she would be open to returning to the show.
Jordan said, “I don’t watch Housewives anymore.” She continued, “Once I wasn’t on the show, I watched it two more times. Some people go on there, and they make it their entire life. It was a great experience and I still get love to this day, and I would definitely go back.”
She then said, “No one has called me or given me a nice contract as of late, but I’m here for the coin.” Jordan previously revealed that the reason she left RHOA was that she was only offered a return to the show as a friend for season eight.
Her New Movie, ‘Run,’ Arrives in Theaters in August
“Run” hits movie theaters on August 29th. In addition to Jordan and Sidora, “Run” stars Erica Mena, Erica Pinkett, Marques Houston, and more. Chris Stokes directed the film. The film tells the story of a group of women who embark on a girls’ trip and must survive an alien invasion.
