Tay and Taylor Lautner are gearing up for parenthood. The married Taylor duo have held a baby shower before the imminent arrival of their first child. Tay Lautner, formerly known as Tay Dome, has posted pictures on Instagram celebrating the event.
Taylor Lautner, 34, and Tay Lautner, 29, first announced the pregnancy in March. They had the gender reveal in June. Now, the married pair have checked down another goal on the road to Tay’s delivery.

Influencer Jaclyn Hill hosted Taylor Lautner and Tay Lautner’s baby shower. The expecting mother was working as a nurse when she first met her future husband. Tay has since turned into a career as an influencer. Snapshots from the baby shower were shared with Tay’s 1.6 million Instagram followers.
In the photos, Tay cradles her baby bump individually and with Taylor. The expecting father took two poses with his wife. The first is a sweet look shared between the Lautners as Taylor holds the bump. The second is a more humorous variant where the two pout for the camera in silly poses.
Staying true to the feminine theme, Tay wore a pale pink off-the-shoulder dress. The event was similarly draped in floral arrangements in various sahdes of pink. The gather consisted of a tea party with various baby-themed snacks and arrangements. The Lautners also took pictures with Jaclyn Hill and her husband, chef and food influencer Jordan Farnum.
Tay captioned the post by voicing her appreciation for Hill for organizing the shower. The influencer called it a “precious day,” thanks to the “best auntie ever.” Tay even called it the “shower of my dreams” to cap off her gratitude. The afternoon event was the kind of intimate experience that Tay has hoped parenthood will be like.

Tay Lautner has spoken about the unfortunate invasion of privacy she experienced at her 2022 wedding with Taylor Lautner. The influencer appeared on Matt and Abby Howard‘s “Unplanned Podcast” to discuss the situation. Tay was brought to tears over someone shooting discreet photos without their consent.
“At our wedding, there was someone that had a really long lens camera and took photos of our first look and posted them like the day after our wedding, it was like on Daily Mail,” Tay said in the interview, “I cried, it was rough,” she added. “That was not a fun thing for me.”
Tay and Taylor have agreed to raise their family in a private environment. She said she understood why certain parents are willing to allow their children to be seen in public. However, Tay doesn’t see herself opening up to such an extent. The influencer is more content with keeping motherhood a more personal experience.
“The internet is, I’ve just learned, is such a scary place to have kids,” Tay said on the podcast. “And, you know, I have friends that share their kids all the time and I love seeing their kids on the internet. But for me personally, I don’t think that’s what I want to do. But I could change my mind and I could want to do that… It’s just like a level of privacy.”
