Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Rocco (Finn Carr) are officially on the run. The almost “mother-son” duo, Britt served as Rocco’s surrogate and gave birth to the teen, have officially high-tailed it out of Port Charles.
However, before leaving town, Britt made sure to inform Sonny (Maurice Benard) that Sidwell (Carlo Rota) was responsible for Professor Dalton’s death and had his assistant, Pascal, help cover the entire thing up.
Read on to discover everything that went down in Port Charles during the Tuesday, May 26, 2026, episode of “General Hospital.”
Sonny and Laura Look to Turn the Tables on Sidwell
On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, the “GH” episode began with Sonny informing Laura about the information he received from Britt. Mayor Collins is a little confused, given that both she and Sonny already knew that Sidwell was responsible for Dalton’s death and had been blackmailing Laura for it for months.
However, Sonny informs the Mayor that they can use this as leverage if they can get Pascal to turn on Sidwell. Sonny pointed out that Pascal helped clean up Dalton’s murder for Sidwell, making him a potential weak link they could pressure into turning against his boss.
Because Pascal rarely leaves Spoon Island, Sonny and Laura considered who regularly spends time at Wyndemere. Ava, Lucy, and even Lucas quickly became possible options. Laura ultimately volunteered to approach Lucas herself since Sonny and his former brother-in-law are not exactly on speaking terms.
Sidwell Struggles to Face Marco’s Autopsy
Over at Wyndemere, Pascal delivered the mail to Sidwell, including Marco’s autopsy report. Although Sidwell desperately wanted answers, he found himself unable to open it.
Ava stopped by to check on him and encouraged him not to read the report at all, admitting she never looked at Kiki’s autopsy because it would not bring her daughter back.
Still, Sidwell hoped the report might reveal clues about Marco’s killer. He explained that the PCPD believed the murder was likely a crime of passion since the killer had managed to get physically close to Marco.
Ava wondered if Marco could have had someone else in his life besides Lucas. Sidwell questioned whether she was suggesting Lucas himself could have acted out of jealousy, but Ava immediately defended her nephew and insisted Lucas was incapable of murder.
Instead, Ava theorized that perhaps somebody else became jealous watching Lucas and Marco together.
After Ava left, Sidwell handed the autopsy report to Pascal and instructed him to lock it away until he was emotionally ready to read it. Alone, Sidwell recalled Cassius mentioning a suspicious gap in Lucas’ timeline around the time of Marco’s death.
Alexis Confides in Kristina and Molly About Danny
Meanwhile, Kristina and Molly met with Alexis at home after their mother admitted she needed help with Danny, who clearly wasn’t coping with Jason’s absence as well as everyone believed.
Alexis filled her daughters in on Danny’s recent behavior, including repeatedly breaking rules, apologizing, and then acting out again. She also revealed that Danny had recently approached Sonny about getting a job.
Feeling overwhelmed and unsure what else to do, Alexis even mentioned boarding school as a possibility. However, Molly and Kristina immediately disagreed and instead offered to try talking with Danny themselves in hopes he might open up to one of them.
Later, after Alexis thanked them for helping her process the situation, Ava arrived at the house. Once Molly and Kristina stepped out, Alexis surprised Ava by revealing they were taking a trip to Manhattan together to investigate baby Delilah’s ties to the city’s art scene.
At first, Ava claimed she was too busy to leave town on short notice. Alexis quickly changed her mind by offering a stay at a five-star hotel, a ride on the Quartermaine jet, and a fully stocked minibar.
Outside Bobbie’s later on, Kristina and Molly decided they should take Danny out to dinner so he would know he could rely on them. Before they headed inside, Kristina received shocking news on her phone: she had officially been accepted into medical school.
Carly Learns About the Search Warrant
At Bobbie’s, Carly tried convincing Lucas to move out of Wyndemere and into an apartment downtown. However, Lucas insisted he needed to stay exactly where he was, though he refused to fully explain why.
Elsewhere in the restaurant, “Nathan” shared lunch with Liesl and informed her that he and Lulu had officially broken up. Liesl appeared more than pleased by the news and bluntly declared that Lulu’s loss was not Nathan’s problem.
Things escalated quickly when Joe arrived with a search warrant for Britt’s apartment. Nathan/Cassius and Liesl immediately reacted after overhearing Britt’s name, and Joe advised both of them to report to the PCPD.
After Joe left, Carly pressed Lucas about why he suddenly seemed so protective of Britt despite previously hating her. Lucas admitted he had come to see another side of Britt and confessed that Marco died while trying to do something important for him.
Though Lucas refused to reveal the full truth, he insisted he needed to finish what Marco started so his death would not be meaningless.
Dante Launches a Search for Rocco
Back at Lulu’s, Charlotte and Danny were stunned to learn Rocco had left town. Although neither teen knew where he had gone, Charlotte admitted she suspected Lulu was hiding more about what happened the night Rocco injured his hand.
At the PCPD, Dante, Chase, and Joe coordinated a growing search effort after discovering both Britt and Rocco’s destroyed phones. Chase also uncovered evidence that Britt had purchased a one-way ticket to Berlin.
Dante instructed Joe to secure a warrant for Britt’s residence while Lulu was called down to the station.
Once there, Lulu revealed Rocco possessed a fake passport under the name Tyler Anderson. Chase questioned how that was possible, prompting Dante to claim Britt had arranged it.
Tensions only worsened after Nathan and Liesl arrived at the station. Liesl angrily blamed Lulu for pushing Rocco closer to Britt by trying to keep them apart.
Dante eventually stepped in before the argument spiraled further and demanded that Liesl share anything she knew about Britt’s whereabouts. Liesl refused, insisting that even if she did know where Britt was, she would never betray her.
Later, Lulu tearfully admitted to Dante that she became so focused on protecting Rocco that she may have unintentionally driven him toward Britt instead. Dante reminded her they needed to work together if they wanted to bring their son home safely.
Rocco Sends a Message to His Mom
Charlotte and Danny eventually discovered an email Rocco had sent to Charlotte’s school account just minutes earlier. The two rushed to the station and showed Lulu and Dante a video message from Rocco.
In the recording, Rocco explained that leaving Port Charles had been entirely his choice. He admitted he had to convince Britt to take him and reassured both of his parents that he loved them.
Before ending the video, Rocco reminded Lulu that “not all who wander are lost.”
Lulu immediately recognized the phrase as a secret code she once taught Rocco and Charlotte, just as Luke and Laura had taught her and Lucky years earlier. To Lulu, it was Rocco’s way of letting them know he was safe and had not been taken against his will.
Meanwhile, Nathan privately confronted Liesl in the interrogation room and warned her that Britt could die from Huntington’s disease if they did not find her soon. Liesl, clearly unsettled, questioned why her son suddenly believed Britt was in such immediate danger.
With Rocco confirming that leaving Port Charles was entirely his decision, Lulu and Dante may finally know their son is safe. However, with Britt’s condition still worsening and Sidwell continuing to close in, it’s clear the drama surrounding Britt and Rocco is only just beginning.
Needless to say, Port Charles may not have seen the last twist in this storyline just yet.
