Travis Kelce has surely been busy helping to plan and prep for his wedding with Taylor Swift. At the same time, it turns out that he’s been arranging to take on an exciting new gig.
“Buckle up, because we’ve got some super news. Six Flags is officially teaming up with none other than football legend Travis Kelce! Yep — the guy who knows a thing or two about high energy thrills is joining forces with the place that practically invented them,” according to Six Flags.
“Travis will be stepping in as a brand ambassador, bringing his signature hype, humor, and larger than life personality to parks across North America throughout 2026,” Six Flags added. “Expect to see him popping up in all kinds of digital content, social posts, and other fun surprises as we roll out even more thrills this year. Bottom line? Travis Kelce is joining the Six Flags family — and 2026 is about to be wild in all the best ways.”
Travis Opened Up About Working with Six Flags
“Six Flags parks were a hallmark of my childhood and the scene of some of my most fun and cherished memories, and I’m excited to team up with the company as it enters its next chapter,” Kelce said, according to Parade. “The Six Flags team is creating even more rides and attractions as it takes guest engagement to a new level.”
Six Flags explained that “this partnership is about more than cool videos and cameos. Kelce’s been an amusement park fan since he was a kid, hitting up classic parks like Cedar Point with friends and family, just like the rest of us. … [T]hat lifelong love makes him the perfect fit to rep the Six Flags spirit — fun, fearless, and all about making unforgettable memories.”
“And Travis is just as pumped,” Six Flags added, saying that Kelce is “excited to help introduce a whole new generation of fans to the magic.”
Six Flags CEO Reveals Why They Chose Travis Kelce
GettyWhy was Kelce given this theme park-related opportunity? Parade notes that “[t]he move highlights the company’s aggressive growth strategy following its landmark merger with Cedar Fair. By aligning with a ‘natural ambassador’ who grew up visiting iconic parks like Cedar Point or Six Flags Over Texas, the brand is looking to bridge the gap between classic nostalgia and the next generation of thrill-seekers.”
Beyond that, John Reilly, president and chief executive officer of Six Flags, said (via Parade), “His fun-loving personality, commitment to excellence and passion for the game have contributed to three Super Bowl titles on the field, and we’re confident they will score big with our guests as well.”
