Getty“The Bachelorette” season 14 fan-favorite Jason Tartick is celebrating his new romance with girlfriend Kathyn Hurley. He marked the milestone by going Instagram official and honoring Hurley with a special birthday tribute.
The post featured moments of Tartick kissing Hurley on the head, posing for a cute selfie, and sharing a passionate kiss aboard a boat.
His caption was just as sweet. “From the dogs you save every day to the people whose lives you change, you make everything around you more beautiful. Happy Birthday Kathryn!”
Several reality stars were quick to weigh in, flooding the comment section with love and celebrating Tartick’s new romance.
“The Bachelor” winner Kaity Biggar commented, “We love love !!!!!❤️.” “Summer House” star Amanda Batula shared, “👏👏👏👏,” while her co-star Jesse Solomon wrote, “If I adopt a dog do I also get an amazing girlfriend.”

What to Know About Kathryn Hurley
GettyIn Tartick’s post, he noted that Hurley saves dogs. While her Instagram profile is private, it lists her as the founder of Wags and Walks, a Nashville-based dog rescue organization.
According to Us Weekly, Tartick first met Hurley earlier this year at her rescue, where he adopted his golden retriever mix, Teddy.
In fact, Hurley talked to People back in March about Tartick rescuing one of her pups. “We are thrilled to have helped Jason find his forever pup! At Wags & Walks, we believe every rescue dog has a perfect match, and seeing them find that connection makes our work so rewarding. Jason’s decision to adopt not only changes his dog’s life forever but also helps raise awareness about the importance of giving rescue dogs a second chance,” she shared.
Tartick’s Relationship History
GettyFans have become very interested in Tartick’s love life, especially since he was once engaged to popular “Bachelor” alum Kaitlyn Bristowe. According to People, the two began dating in 2019 and got engaged two years later. However, in August 2023, the couple announced their breakup in a joint statement on Instagram.
“After sharing the news with family and close friends first, and taking the time to properly process it ourselves, we are saddened with heavy hearts to share that we have decided to end our engagement,” the post read.
The statement continued, “Continuing our friendship is incredibly important to both of us. We feel grateful to be ending our engagement with love and respect for each other. It’s heartbreaking and sad to say goodbye, but our care and admiration for one another will never die.”
After his relationship with Bristowe, Tartick went on to date influencer Kat Stickler for six months before the two called it quits in October 2024.
