The next “Bachelorette” star, Taylor Frankie Paul, is sharing what she wants in her next relationship. In an interview with ET on October 27, the reality star said, “Number one quality above all to me is how they treat others.”
“I don’t care how cute you are, I don’t care how good-looking you are, if you’re not treating people right, that is automatically ugly to me,” Paul stated.
She continued, “To go out of your way to deliberately hurt someone — I don’t like that. Kindness is huge.”
Paul Hopes to Find Her True Love on ‘The Bachelorette’
Fans of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” know that Taylor hasn’t had much luck in the love department.
She’s divorced from her ex-husband, Tate Paul, with whom she shares her sons, Indy and Ocean. Following her divorce, Taylor was in a tumultuous relationship with Dakota Mortenson, and the two share their son, Ever.
Now, the TikTok star has the chance to find love, and she’s hoping to meet her match on “The Bachelorette.”
“The best case is that I’ll take someone home with me that’s the love of my life,” she said in her interview with ET.
She added, “I just want to take home the person that feels right and is right. If it is an engagement, great. If it’s not, I’m still taking him home.”
Paul is Open to Dating a Dad
When it comes to finding her person, Paul is open to lots of possibilities. “I don’t have anything on paper, to be honest. Like, a list of things. I have the basic morals and values that I would like,” she said to Extra.
Although she’s Mormon, Paul revealed that her next man doesn’t have to be — but he still has to be a person of faith.
“I just wanted him to believe in something, but it didn’t need to be specific. So, that was one that was important to me,” she told Derek Hough.
Paul also wouldn’t mind blending families, and shared, “I was open to dads. So, if I get a dad on there, a daddy, yeah.”
“I would be open to any of it. I’m going into this very open-minded because you never know,” she continued.
Paul described living in Salt Lake City, Utah, as being in a “bubble,” so she’s excited to explore new experiences.
“This is my first time jumping into that, and I might not even know what I like. You know? I might be surprised,” she said.
