We had the return of some of the new contestants on “The Masked Singer” season 14 tonight. It was week 3 on “The Masked Singer” 2026 tonight, which was Clueless Night. One of those contestants is Scarab.
When the night comes to an end tonight, after all of the contestants perform and offer even more clues about their celebrity identity, two characters will be unmasked. Here’s what we know about Scarab so far, and who might be singing behind the mask:

Scarab on ‘The Masked Singer’ Clues
Previous Clues: Scarab takes the stage. Jenny said she is very elegant, graceful, and is getting a diva on Broadway. For Scarab, they said she is the most decorated we have ever seen. She said she had dined with Brad Pitt, and even Prince knew her name. She said she’s been at this for a long time. The Scarab is about redefining yourself, so she is here to redefine herself again.
Tonight’s Clues: For her clues, she says in “Clueless,” Cher’s dad was always there for her. For Scarab, her dad was the same. He always told her she was going to be a huge star and she would be nominated for an Oscar. We then see a rocket as a clue, and a locker door has a “Most Influential” sticker on it.
Her mom was a little hesitant. She didn’t want to see Scarab struggle as she did as a single mother, but that changed when her mom saw her on stage. She said all of her dad’s predictions came true, even that nomination. He wasn’t there for the big night, though, as he passed away a week prior. We see her place white roses on a statue, along with a big heart cookie with rainbow sprinkles on it.
For the clue, the “Men in Black” bring out a toaster oven that has a cookie-dough roll inside. Scarab said a lot of baking under pressure to get where she’s at.
‘The Masked Singer’ Scarab Guesses
Previous Guesses: Ken said it’s Whoopi Goldberg. She is a legend. She was the voice of Hyena on “The Lion King.” Jenny said she had a dressing room next to Whoopi, and she doesn’t sound like that. The scales of justice made her think of a lawyer show, so she thinks it could be Viola Davis. Robin said she is a legend, so she thinks it could be Sheryl Lee Ralph. Some fans seem to agree with Robin that this could be Sheryl Lee Ralph. However, the big focus seemed to be on Taraji P. Henson.
Tonight’s Guesses: Ken said maybe because of the pink and the green, but he’s thinking of “Wicked.” The green reminds him of Elphaba, and she was on Time’s Most Influential list, so he thinks it’s Cynthia Erivo.
Jenny said she is connecting to the strength of this woman. For the rocketship, she said she was in the movie “Contact” and has been nominated for an Oscar a couple of times. She has also been on Time’s Most Influential list, so she thinks it’s Angela Bassett.
MAJOR UPDATE: Scarab was the second of two contestants unmasked tonight. Final guesses came in, but Rita was correct. It was Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe winner Taraji P. Henson!
