Adam David Bravely Shares the ‘Struggle is Real’ Despite Winning ‘The Voice’

We all watched Adam David win season 27 of “The Voice.” Now the Team Bublé member is showing his fans that his personal struggles continue, even after being named the winner of “The Voice.” He won the show in May 2025. ‘The Struggle Is Real’

Yes, David talks about his struggles. However, this is nothing new for him. His journey on “The Voice” started with just one chair turning for him during the Blind Auditions. Despite that, he went on to win the show thanks to an Instant Save performance, which gave him a spot in the Voice Finale.

Millions of people watched as he won season 27. Now they are getting a glimpse into his life on Instagram. He joked about the emotional rollercoaster performers on the road may experience. He shared the video, which was captioned, “The struggle is real.”

In the first clip, he is performing, with the caption: “Life of an Artist…Friday night: Playing a sold out theater for more than 300 people.” For the second half of the video, it shifts to him playing in a bar, with the caption: “Life of an Artist…Sunday night: Playing an empty bar till 2am for 5 people (one of them is my mom).”


‘The Voice’ Fans Connected With His Message

Fans of “The Voice” loved him on the show, and they continue to show him love since his win. After sharing the realistic message on Instagram, fans were quick to respond with how relatable this was.

It wasn’t an easy journey for Adam to win “The Voice.” He battled addiction and recovered with the help of music before competing on season 27. According to American Songwriter, he wrote his original song “Savior,” which he played during the season, during a critical juncture in his recovery.

Knowing his backstory just makes this Instagram message more powerful. Winning “The Voice” wasn’t only a significant achievement for David. It was a part of a bigger narrative about ongoing healing.

This just showed fans that even champions face significant obstacles. It’s clear his message is inspiring people, as he continues to pursue his musical career outside of “The Voice.”
