Jennifer Aniston has long been a quiet source of fitness inspiration, approaching wellness with consistency and care. Over the years, she has remained committed to routines that feel balanced and sustainable, focusing on strength, movement, and listening to her body.
GettyThe actress recently spoke about her long-standing commitment to the PVOLVE method, a program she has followed for the past five years.
‘No Injuries’ Marks a Shift in Her Fitness Journey
Alongside a video shared on Instagram, she reflected on how the routine has changed her approach to fitness.
“I’ve been doing PVOLVE for five years, and honestly, the biggest thing I’ve noticed is I haven’t had an injury,” she said. “And I feel more fit than I have in forever.”
For Aniston, one of the most meaningful changes has been the absence of injuries, something she says was once a regular part of her workouts.
“I was constantly getting injured and now no injuries,” she said, adding that the routine continues to deliver “better results” overall.
The approach focuses on low-impact, controlled movements designed to build strength without putting excess strain on the body, making it a sustainable option for long-term fitness.
Trainer Highlights Smart, Low-Impact Approach
Her trainer, Dani Coleman, shared that the method focuses on functional resistance and steady consistency, rather than intensity alone.
“Her arms aren’t the result of hours in the gym — they’re built through smart, functional resistance that can fit seamlessly into real life,” Coleman said.
GettyShe also described strength training as “the ultimate anti-aging secret,” noting that building muscle in a safe, gradual way supports overall health and longevity.
Aniston has made the routine part of her everyday life, often turning to simple, portable tools like the p.band even during quieter moments at home.
“It’s one of my favorite pieces of equipment,” she said. “I take it everywhere I go.”
Coleman added that consistency has played a key role in her progress.
“No matter how much time or where Jen’s schedule takes her, she always values moving her body,” she said. “She understands that doing something each day, even if it’s small, is better than nothing.”
What Aniston Has Said About Beauty, Wellness, and Finding Balance in The Past
GettyIn a September 2025 interview with Glamour alongside her “The Morning Show” co-stars, Aniston shared a candid look at how she approaches beauty, aging, and the routines that help her feel her best.
The Golden Globe winner spoke openly about the care she takes to maintain her appearance.
“I maintain my looks with facials and lasers and all that good stuff,” she said. “I mean, I’m maintained. I’m not going to just go down and let these gray hairs take over. It’s perspective and also knowing this is our one body, it’s a mindset.”
In an interview with People magazine, she also detailed her daily wellness habits, starting with a simple morning ritual before workouts.
“I drink ARMRA Colostrum first thing in the morning, with room temperature water and a whole lemon squeezed into it,” she explained.
When temperatures drop, she adjusts the routine slightly.
“I’ll steep a little teaspoon of ginger, which is good for your digestion and your immune system, and then I’ll put a little drop of Manuka honey. It’s so delicious served hot.”
Aniston also challenged the long-standing idea that fitness must come with discomfort.
“That’s not true at all. You can actually have gain with no pain,” she told People.
When it comes to food, she embraces a balanced approach. During the week, her meals lean toward protein, vegetables, salads, and soups, while weekends allow for more flexibility.
“I always give myself a cheat day,” she said. “It’s usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups and then everything I would possibly want on a weekend.”
Her favorite indulgences reflect that mindset. “It’s always Mexican, a real favorite of mine,” she told People’s Magazine in 2024. “Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta or all that stuff.”
Together, her approach reflects a focus on consistency, care, and enjoyment of the process rather than on chasing perfection.
