Four years after his last public breakup, Matt LeBlanc quietly stepped out for dinner with yoga instructor Chaz at one of Santa Monica’s most photographed celebrity haunts.
The “Friends” alum, 59, and his companion were photographed leaving Giorgio Baldi on Tuesday night, as per photos obtained by Page Six.
LeBlanc Keeps a Low Profile During Santa Monica Outing
LeBlanc walked a short distance ahead of Chaz as they left the restaurant and headed toward a waiting SUV.
The “Lost in Space” actor dressed casually for the evening in a black button-up shirt, jeans and a matching baseball cap. Chaz wore a fitted red dress with closed-toe heels.
The pair moved past photographers before getting into the vehicle and leaving together.
The nature of their relationship remains unclear. Neither LeBlanc nor Chaz has publicly addressed the outing or confirmed whether they are friends or something more.
The outing offered a rare public glimpse of LeBlanc, who has largely remained out of the spotlight in recent years. He has occasionally appeared at public events but has mostly kept his personal life private since stepping away from regular television work.
Chaz Has Taught Yoga for More Than 25 Years
Chaz describes herself as a master yoga instructor, retreat leader, and business consultant who has practiced yoga since she was 14.
According to her professional website, she turned to the practice while dealing with “body image issues and various eating disorders.” Yoga helped her find “peace” and eventually led her toward a career in health and wellness.
Chaz founded Sisters Yoga and Sisters Yoga School, an all-female studio in Fresno, California, in 2006. She sold the business in 2009 and “now serves as a business consultant for yoga studios looking to boost and build their business and community.”
She also organizes transformational retreats around the world. Her recent Wild West Wellness Reset in Montana included several forms of movement and meditation, including chair yoga.
According to her bio, Chaz previously served as spiritual adviser and music supervisor on “All I Wish,” a 2017 film written and directed by her student Susan Walter, starring Sharon Stone, Tony Goldwyn, Ellen Burstyn, Gilles Marini and Famke Janssen.
She also helped bring the music of singer-songwriter Jennifer Foster, another of her students, into the film’s soundtrack.
LeBlanc’s Previous Relationships and Family
GettyLeBlanc was previously married to Melissa McKnight from 2003 until 2006. They share a daughter, Marina, 22.
After the divorce, he dated Andrea Anders, who appeared alongside him in the “Friends” spinoff “Joey.” Their relationship lasted from 2006 to 2014.
GettyLeBlanc later dated “Top Gear” producer Aurora Mulligan from 2016 until 2021. He has not publicly confirmed another relationship since their split.
‘Friends’ Star Is Eyeing a Return to Television
The dinner outing comes as LeBlanc prepares for a possible return to scripted television. Deadline reported in April that CBS has opened a development room for “Flint,” a working-title drama created with “24” showrunner Evan Katz. LeBlanc is attached to star and executive produce if the project receives a full series order.
The official synopsis reads, “FLINT tells the story of a burnt-out LAPD detective who, on the verge of retirement, is blindsided when the city extends his service by five years. Determined to get fired, he breaks rules and disobeys orders, which, to his dismay, makes him an even better cop.”
CBS Studios and Jerry Bruckheimer Television are developing the project.
If it moves forward, “Flint” could join the network’s 2027-28 broadcast season, marking LeBlanc’s first regular television role since “Man With a Plan” ended in 2020.
